Very nice and clean house, and the decor is simple yet elegant and cozy. The bathrooms could use blinds, a curtain, or a privacy window for the windows as they face the house next door. Overall we had a very pleasant time in this beautiful and clean home and we highly recommend for others to come and enjoy your stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Home was perfect for our family. Recommend upgrading beds and pillows and making small maintenance touchups on kitchen sink, bathroom door paint and adding more towel hooks for beach towels. Consider pricing that is more comparable to your market.

The cost and marketing say it's luxury, but I couldn't even get guest services to provide a cutting board. There were a lot of things missing or broken in the kitchen and we were told they would let the owners know in case they want to fix it for future guests. A lot of other 'features' from the broken stove, to the towel holders falling off the walls made it feel cheaply finished. The amenities were nice, but it felt overpriced for the accomodations.

Honestly we were a pretty disappointed to find such a lack in necessities for something we paid a lot of money for. We've been going to the Lookout and Seabrook for several years so we know how most houses are stocked and have an expectation of it, considering the price. The dishes were missing a handful of items, there were only 3 butter knifes, but tons of forks and spoons, there were only a few cups and glasses but not really a full set of anything, there werent any large knives to cut watermelon or bread. They lock off the only space for pantry and for a family who is staying there for a week, i either had to have all of our food out over the minimal countertop space or i had to move all of the dishes out of one cupboard to the other so i had somewhere to put all of our food (which is what i ended up doing). There were zero coat hooks by either the front or back door so we didnt have anywhere to hang keys, dog leashes, etc, nor were there any towel hooks on the porch so we had all of our swim stuff hanging over all of the furniture. The bathroom hooks weren't good either, there's only 1 in each bathroom where multiple people share, and they were cheap 3M stick-on (not screwed into the wall), so one fell off the wall when we hung our towel on it. There also werent enough pillows for 6 guests which this house sleeps. Each main bed upstairs should have 4 pillows standard and then two for the pull-out couch downstairs. The bedding wasnt that great either, to be honest. It felt very college-apartment cheap instead of luxury vacation which is what the Lookout is meant to be. For $600/night, my expectations are that I’m staying in one of the nicest places one could stay, with upgraded, comfortable bedding, ample pillows, certainly at minimum, full sets of cutlery and dishes, space to put things away and organize, etc. This felt like the owners made very little effort to accommodate this property and it was disappointing knowing how much we paid to be there.

Really enjoyed Absolutely Shore. The home was spacious and well appointed. Also, centrally located so it was easy to get to shops and restaurants. Look forward to staying there in the future.

And yet, it's really basic. It feels like the owners did the absolute bare minimum to make this place serviceable. The furniture is so uncomfortable. No cozying up with a good book here. No napping on the couch or in the window seat because it's just not set up for that. There's a hug beautiful window seat, but no cushions or pillows or anything calling you into the space. Huge waste of space. And very little artwork or much to look at. Many blank walls leaves this place feeling sterile. One piece of artwork in the primary bedroom with the goop from the price tag still visible. And tons of Home Goods generic inspo pieces that frankly leave me uninspired. Needs more hooks for towels and hats and other gear to hang. We found ourselves needing to hang thing on door knobs, furniture, etc. which isn't great for the longevity of those things! And the loving room chairs look cool, but are simply uncomfortable. This place is so close to perfect, just needs a few more creature comforts. Another trip to Home Goods for a few more amenities and this place would be perfect!

Major thing to note: All of these properties with the "steeple" type windows in the bedrooms - most do not have window coverings that cover the oddly sized portion of the windows. It gets SO BRIGHT in the mornings. In my opinion, eye masks should be provided like they do on long flights.

Compared to other properties, there is not as much outdoor furniture. It would be nice to see some comfortable lounging furniture on the porch like you see at YOLO next door, as the chairs around the firepit do get a little uncomfortable after a few evenings!

Perfect place for 1 or 2 couples as there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Not ideal for families with multiple children. Some basic supplies were lacking (i.e. - salt and pepper, sugar, etc.) - but I believe the cause is that this ia a new development with new ownership and they need to learn how to become better hosts. Most other VRBOs/AirBnBs I've stayed at will provide these basics. I believe this will come with time as the owners gain hosting experience. All 5 stars except amenities, which gets 4 stars because of the missing items.

Very nice facility/home. Enjoyed the kitchen, fire pit, and TV during our stay. Beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. Did not take advantage of other community amenities, but was in close proximity to great hiking and wine tasting around Manson.

Only issue at all was the bright light at the pool, which remained on all night, shined through our window above the darkening curtains.
