We have stayed in a few other homes at The Lookout, and have noticed some primary rooms are quite small, but all the rooms in this home was very spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful home with an unbeatable location!

The shuttles were right outside the door, the pool was across the street and the complete views of the lake were the cherry on top. The Lookout team was fantastic when we needed to reach them as well. The ease of everything made for a wonderful trip to Chelan, and we would definitely stay in this home again!
High-end house needs upgraded

The kitchen is full of extra-large everything, but limited dishes of regular size. Not a single decent frying pan or normal size pot. The living room has an old sectional, and a very small flat screen tv, and no cozy coverlets. There are no hooks or a closet for jackets, except a few by the back door. For such a large and expensive house there is a real lack of basic amenities, and certainly nothing above average. Also, the “bunk room” is a space off the hallway, not a real room. Although the downstairs living area is very spacious and sun-filled, for the cost I would not recommend Arroyo unless the owners make a little more effort towards the comfort of their guests.
Beautiful home, but kind of noisy

We especially loved how close it was to the pool and lake. The accordian door to the deck was awesome, although it did get pretty noisy with all the shuttle vehicles.

The house was in perfect condition and had the best views! Just a quick walk to the lake or pool area. We truly felt pampered and like we were at an upscale resort. Loved it! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Arroyo features a Carriage House which increases the number of guests to nine.
Come enjoy Arroyo as a getaway or as a place to gather, surrounded by the beauty of Lake Chelan. In 2016, this home was featured as the Resort Home of The Year by 425 Magazine ... the design and details are a visual delight! The photograph menu captures the stunning setting and eclectic, yet comfortable, furnishings.
Arroyo is situated in the Upper Bluff group of homes with an 180+ degree view of the lake and mountains. The sloping lawn adds extra lounging and play space. It’s an easy stroll to the Lookout Hilltop main pool, upper park and featured play areas. The marina and swim cove are just down the hill.
The main level of the house is dedicated to open and flowing public spaces. The living room, dining room, and kitchen can hold your style of entertaining. Chefs and company will appreciate the kitchen for meal prep and serving. Walk-in pantry, separate ice maker, wine cooler and two dishwashers make the party easy. With the warm weather, slide open the 20-foot wall of windows and enjoy the additional space of the covered porch. Outdoor sofas and fire table entreat you to linger. The powder bathroom and laundry are also on this level - tidy.
Bedrooms are on the upper level and all enjoy views of lake and mountains. Ample pillows and linens are designed for your comfort. Both main bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The bathroom for the Bunk room is across the hall.
The Carriage House has a sectional couch/chaise with a queen memory foam bed. Quite comfy! Large ottoman, chairs, beverage refrigerator and 48” Sony HDTV ensure another lounging area. Walk-in closet and 3/4 bathroom complete this cozy space.
