We love the Lookout and were very pleased with the cleanliness and setup at “Be Our Guest.” Nice beds in both rooms with full baths and tvs. Home was stocked with plenty of towels, garbage bags, items for our stay without having to ask for a restock. The location is awesome overlooking the lower pool. The shuttle runs all day and we never waited for more than 5 minutes. Friendly customer service from shuttle drivers and fun organized activities for families (glow party, slip n slide, movie at pool). Thanks for a great stay! We’ll be back!

Vacation rental was cute and comfortable. The location was great- right by the pool and hot tub! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean- but the downstairs did have cobwebs on some furniture so we avoided that. Lots of towels and bedding available and games and puzzles. Overall I would stay again

We stayed in Be Our Guest with our 15 year old and 9 year old for 4 nights. It was perfect for us. My kids loved being so close to the pool and the 4 wheel drive shuttle down to the beach was awesome. We rented Jet Skis there and it was really fun. We would love to come back.

Loved our stay at the Lookout, the location of Be Our Guest was perfect for pool time. The rental was equiped with a lot of amentaties. Looking forward to another weekend away at the Lookout in the future.

Our family of 4 loved this home! The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and tools to fit any families needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic size. The location right by the pool was The Best! Plus the fire pit to make s’mores was perfect. We will definitely vacation here again.

This was our second time renting Be Our Guest and won't be the last. It is so close to the pool and and the shuttle to the waterfront. The house is so clean and welcoming. Our only complaint was that the house no longer supplies roasting sticks for S'Mores and the fire pit wouldn't work. When we stayed in the Spring S'Mores was a highlight for our kids so we were disappointed we didn't get to have them in the Summer.

We enjoyed our stay at Be Our Guest - good location close to the pool. But compared to the (many) other rentals we have used in the past, including those at The Lookout, it is missing some essentials that would be easy fixes. For example, don't provide a Keurig and a coffee pot if you're not going to - as even the most basic hotel does - provide at least the first night's worth of coffee. We had to go buy a big box of Keurig pods, which we don't use at home, for only a few mornings. So I guess we are supplying the next guests with coffee as we left it there!

We traveled to Lake Chelan with friends and reserved two cottages near each other with easy access to the pool. Be Our Guest was super clean and we were so very impressed! It was clear that care was given to making sure our stay was comfortable.

We felt like we where in Hawaii. Beautiful house with plenty of privacy even though you are directly next to the pool. Brand new and well furnished with great views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
One critique that we found was a funky odor that seemed to linger in the master bathroom (stinks).

Our group had the best stay at the Be Our Guest cottage. It exceeded expectations in all areas—It was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for 6 of us. We loved the outdoor seating area with the fire pit as well as the back patio. It was such a fun neighborhood to walk around with beautiful views and beautiful homes! What I didn’t realize when booking was how close this development was to town, so we walked to downtown Chelan two different times during our stay. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone, whether it be a group of friends or a family wanting to spend time in Chelan! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Cons: Unit was not as clean as we would expect - greasy bowl in cupboard, stained comforter on bed (not washed?), food wrapper under couch (not ours!)

Cute house/cottage. Great location by pool. Nice layout of home, but furniture very limited and very uncomfortable, not very usable, hard chairs, sofa, etc.. Love the Lookout overall tho! Great place to bring the family. House is small, only big enough for 4, realistically.

Absolutely adorable home away from home. Choice modern homes with cute themes and very chic furnishings, great amenities, a lovely jaunt to the water with a quick shuttle back up. Only issue we had was our front door combination lock kept malfunctioning and we would have to make multiple tries. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other themed houses too.

The house is situated beautifully and very well appointed. We loved the proximity to the pool, the comfort of the beds and the thoughtful amenities. Super clean and we will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful tine staying in this cottage and enjoying the pool and beach at The Lookout! The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful! I am already hoping to plan another visit to The Lookout!

The house is located just outside of the new lower pool, and that location was awesome for our kids who wanted to go swimming every day. The house is also just a short walk away from the top of the hill where the upper pool and pickle ball court is located. One day was super windy and the construction site across from the front of the house blew a ton of dirt onto the back porch of our house, but the Lookout crew did a great job of cleaning it all up the next day. We really enjoyed our stay and are already making plans to return later this summer!
