This is a beautiful home and had everything we needed for a fun girl’s getaway. All the beds were comfy and the hot tub was great! There was no view as the pictures showed, but otherwise everything was as described! We had a really fun weekend

Excellent vacation property with very well appointed kitchen. Super clean. Space design is wonderful for families with primary on main floor and 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. Very close to park with lake view.

The Lookout at Lake Chelan is an absolute amazing experience! The pools, access to the beach, yoga, live music, winery - the ease of the community you cannot beat. Byrd's Nest is wonderful. Great layout for 2 families to share easily with 4 kids in the bunk room. Lots of games and float toys. My only concern is that this house did not offer a lake view as advertised. The pictures and description of the house are not updated. We selected Byrd's Nest to wake up to a lake view and unfortunately we did not get that. Be aware that additional housing construction has now blocked that view you see in the photos.

We had a great experience at this home. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip - even an ice chest and pool necessities! Check-in and out process was very simple. We loved the notes in the journal from previous guests!!

We looked forward to this room for down time with our special needs child’s that is unable to leave the home at times. We felt we could enjoy the lake while attending to his needs but this room did not have the published view whatsoever.

Kudos to the owners for offering a home that is clearly loved with intentionality.

Great stay, 4 kids loved the bunk room. Very clean and had everything we needed. Always love when the TV and Netflix, Dis+, etc just works which it did here. 100 yards from lower vineyard pool was perfect. Morning sun facing dining room side of the house and porch is nice. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic stay. The house was awesome, communication with the lookout was clear and very helpful. 10/10 experience, would stay here again.

We had such a great time and absolutely loved the floor plan of this home. It was perfect for us, and there were plenty of amenities. I loved having the primary bedroom off in a different spot of the house and not below any bedrooms. The upstairs was so cozy and perfect for the rest of our family. The only con is that there are no blackout shades in the primary bedroom, which made for a very difficult sleep. It’s very bright in there due to the windows along with the outdoor lighting. We had a small baby staying in our bedroom with us, and that was also challenging with the brightness of the bedroom. I expected there to be better window treatments in the primary bedroom. Other than that, we had an amazing experience! If there were better window treatments in the primary bedroom, we would definitely book his house again.

We had a wonderful time at the Byrd's Nest at the Lookout. The community was lovely with great amenities and access to town. The house had everything you could need, plus great spaces for our family of five to relax. Highly recommend!

The home was perfect and the Lookout was beautiful, as always. The grounds are lovely and the staff is always very polite and quick to assist. The only complaint I would have was the construction right next door. I understand it can't be helped but they had their little trailer parked right in front of our house. The workers started very early and were loud for people on a vacation. I think the trailer could have been parked across the street or even a little more down the road so it wasn't in front out our porch. Again, I understand that construction is necessary but it would have been nice to have a heads up. When we first arrived at the house the sounds of their voices were so loud that I thought they were inside the home! Other than that, I have zero complaints. We love The Lookout and I'm so happy it's become a traditional part of our summer.

Starting on Monday morning at 6:45 am heavy construction vehicles rode in and construction on 4 sides of the house continued for 12.5 hours a day every day. The house literally shook and the noise wad incredibly loud. So much dust and dirt was kicked up that we could spend no time outside on the porch until it was dark and they were gone. We were unable to use the BBQ because it was covered in dirt and so much dust was in the air. I was expecting some noise, but nothing to this extent. It was pretty unbearable and not the relaxing environment we were hoping for. I would not come back until construction is finished and would not recommend it to a friend.
