My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chances R in The Chelan Lookout community. The place itself was incredibly clean, very well stocked with everything you could need, comfortable and had incredible mountain views! We loved using the fire pit and couches outback. Lastly, the customer service, effortless check in, and all the amenities that come with the community we're fantastic. Absolutely hoping to stay here again soon!

This is our 2nd time at this unit & love it. Very well equipped & the window wall opening is perfect in nice weather. I would swap out the chandelier in the bedroom with a ceiling fan & provide a step stool for getting dishes from the cupboard top shelves. Notes on this specific house, Chances R: One is that if you have issues with stairs they are pretty steep...I have 2 new knees but there is a sturdy railing so it was good exercise for me. Another is how wonderful the heaters for the deck are...easy to operate and very efficient...I did Wordle on the deck every morning at 5 am...great view, warm and comfortable!

This house is AWESOME. I love the nana wall, especially when there isn't smoke from fires. It was really wonderful to have the open space from the living room out onto the deck. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The parking and pool locations were also very ideal.

This was our first stay in the Lookout area rental. We had an awesome experience!! The house that we stayed at “chances R” was very clean and fully furnished with everything you needed. Safeway store was 5 min away so we went there for food. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

We had an overall good stay at Chances R. We loved The Lookout and amenities provided; Chances R was conveniently located next to the larger of the two pools, which was great for our kids. The home was overall clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, a major downside to our stay was the constant construction right across the street on both sides, which led to lots of noise, dust and lack of privacy. Also, the outdoor firepit located at the back of the house does not work.

The house is great and very well supplied. No issues with that. But, the construction going on now really impeded our ability to enjoy the house. We knew about the construction behind, but while we were there, they were tearing up the lot in front and it was non-stop construction (literally - 8am until nearly 9pm one night!!) of excavators digging and backing up, making it impossible to sit outside and enjoy the fire table and seating area both in front and in the back. We had to stay inside with all the windows and doors closed.

I was a little worried that the home would be too small but was so impressed with the perfect use of space. I had the opportunity to see many other homes in The Lookout while there, as there were several of us staying for my niece's wedding. Although most were larger, none of them were as beautiful as where we stayed, at Chances R. The indoor and outdoor flow was amazing. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing this exceptional place! We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful experience during off season in Chelan. The house in a great central location steps from the pool. Beautiful home with great amenities. Less crowded in September with cool temps at night but into the 70's during the day. ]
