Crushin' It #302 [1]
Crushed it!
Reviewed on 2025-02-21 by Gregory L. , North Bend, WA United StatesAmazing winter getaway. We were uncertain about the pool and hot tub access in February, but everything was open and perfect! Heated salt water olympic sized pool was lovely and great for laps and family fun! There was a glow pool party in the SNOW the first night we were there. It was truly magical. "Crushin' it" was perfectly appointed and sized for a family of 4. Very comfortable and well located near-but-not-on the pool with everything you could need for your stay. We will definitely be back.
Cozy and great location
Reviewed on 2024-10-29 by , Bothell, WA United StatesHouse was cozy and fit or needs. Could use a bigger coffee table though and the dishwasher was leaking and ice maker but working. Overall, great stay and great location by the pool.
Didn't get our deposit back.

Great little Hut
Reviewed on 2023-09-07 by , Snohomish, WA United StatesThis rental for for my husband and I for some R&R. We used the pool & hottub which were great right outside your front door. Place was clean and quiet. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking at all the beautiful homes.
Pros and cons
Reviewed on 2023-07-17 by Alecia M. , United StatesCons - CLOSE construction that would start at 7 am and often go past 7 pm. The working being done while we were there was loud and dusty. You could not sit outside and have a conversation or relax. Car covered in dust and congestion trying to get in and out of parking. The house is showing neglect; broken table, stained furniture, etc. The primary bedroom window has shades that don’t block the light much at all and the window was covered in spider webs and dust.
Pros - CLOSE to pool and shuttle, shuttle drivers very nice and helpful. Lake and pool areas are clean and have a lot of seating options.
Cons - CLOSE construction that would start at 7 am and often go past 7 pm. Missing a few item
Reviewed on 2023-06-18 by Amanda L. , TACOMA, WA United StatesI think if these items were remedied Crushin’ It would be a great place to stay.
Lastly, there is a reserved parking spot that is labeled at this house- however twice during our stay someone on staff was parked in the spot. Once it was housekeeping working on another home and the second time it was a construction worker, working across the street.
Crushin’ it is in a great location and perfect size for a small family. However there were several things I wish they would add. The mattresses and pillows were not covered with water resistant covers- so you have just a thin sheet between you and any drool or other fluids of the next guest. The Lookout management should have pillow and mattress covers as a policy. Second the kitchen was not well appointed- there were only enough dishes for a family of 4 to eat one meal before you had to run the dishwasher. Also the largest skillet was 10” so I guess bring your own if you want to cook breakfast.
I think if these items were remedied Crushin’ It would be a great place to stay.
Lastly, there is a reserved parking spot that is labeled at this house- however twice during our stay someone on staff was parked in the spot. Crushing’ It Crushed It!
Reviewed on 2022-10-08 by Kent C. , Seattle, WA United StatesGorgeous, well appointed and nicely decorated house that is right next to the pool. The back yard with the grill, seating and fire table was great for evening use. Also, the shuttle service that runs to the lake is prompt and really convenient. I have no hesitation recommending this house and would happily stay again!

Thank you for leaving a kind review! Crushin' it has a modern farmhouse cottage feel and features two full bedrooms upstairs with a pullout sleeper sofa downstairs with a full bath. This home is conveniently located in the vineyard district where the open heated year-round pool is just a couple of steps away. We hope to see you in the near future. - The Lookout
Nice place, a little smaller than described
Reviewed on 2022-06-18 by , Everett, WA United StatesOther than that, the house was nice and clean and decently stocked with stuff that one would expect. Close to the pool (although our entrance was out of order so we had to walk around anyway). Nice outdoor area to relax, and comfortable overall for a small group. Also nice that it’s right next to vin du lac winery.
The only thing that was slightly negative about this location was that the description made it seem that the sleeper sofa would be more private and easily accessible, but it was in the center of the living room and ended up being more of a pain to pull out than not. Also the tv remote was missing from the master bedroom and we were never brought one despite being told they would bring one from the main office staff. Could also have better instructions, such as where the garbage disposal is and which garbage cans to bring trash out to, as it was not clear.

Other than that, the house was nice and clean and decently stocked with stuff that one would expect. Not worth the price
Reviewed on 2022-06-07 by Beth H. , Seattle, WA United StatesThe cost was about $480 a night after taxes and fees. It was just the two of us as this is one of the smaller and cheaper units in this new development. The unit was clean and nice but has no scenic views of Lake Chelan. I have rented much larger places with great views or unique locations in WA state for much less.
Resort style living
Reviewed on 2021-10-13 by , Snoqualmie, WA United StatesGreat cottage near the heated vineyard pool and large spa. Smaller sq ft but appreciated every amenity you'd want as if you were staying in an upscale villa at a hotel. Perfect for a family of four. Great to have the third bathroom on the main floor. A little less privacy but pretend you're at a resort villa and enjoy the kinetic energy of folks around you enjoying vacation. All neighbors very respectful of quiet time. Took us a bit to understand the heat pump units in the cottage--we wanted them to heat but seems they were still coming from the hotter times of year and set to AC. Maintenance quickly helped us remedy. Would return, and in fact, would consider buying one of these cottages!

Great house next to the pool!
Reviewed on 2021-07-08 by , Redmond, WA United StatesSome changes that could make it even better. The sun rises into the master bedroom in the morning and it is very bright. A curtain or a tint on the top of the window would help a lot. There was a lot of 'stuff' in this unit, as opposed to others. A bit crowded with so much furniture to easily move around in the living room, plus knick knack decor. The bedrooms were very clean and not cluttered, however. Master bedroom closet was not empty, and it was being used to store a large box with a lot of styrofoam stacked on top. The pantry closet felt a bit disorganized. The bbq was at the front of the house, which was an odd location, there are no chairs, and everyone else is on the deck.
Overall, it was a fantastic unit and we would definitely stay here again. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The pool seemed heated, which was great, and the hot tub is huge. The air conditioner worked fantastic, and we had no problems. Staff kept the pool area clean and the overall grounds are immaculate. Appreciate that staff is nearby if needed and someone actually picks up the phone. Lots of towels provided, which was great. Note, there is construction going on next to the house by the parking, which creates dust and noise at times.
We had a great time at Crushin' It. The location was perfect for going to the pool and having a nice view of the pool from the deck. There is morning sun that comes in, but during the afternoon it is shaded on the deck, so very useable during a very hot 95 degree summers day. We chose this house over others because it was near the pool and there were separate beds in the second guest room instead of one queen bed, as the kids do not like to share a bed. Perfect for a family of four. The full sized bunk beds were a welcome surprise. They were very comfortable and had a lot of space. The bed in the master was comfortable and clean.

Some changes that could make it even better. The sun rises into the master bedroom in the morning and it is very bright.
