House was clean and ready for us. Plenty of room for 10 adults and young children. The bunk beds were perfect for our family. The carriage house was perfect for a portion of the group. Easy walk to the pools, parks and lake.

Driftwood was the perfect set up for our week long trip to Chelan for the 4th. The house was stocked with everything we needed to feel like home and the kids especially enjoyed the top floor area immediate declaring it their domain. poking forward to coming back next year!

Everything was great. House is clean , comfortable, and has all the necessary amenities for an amazing experience. We loved the pools and the huge hot tub ! Thank you .

There were some maintenance issues with the home but we appreciate The Lookout staff as they promptly responded.

The house and community were nice. However, our fridge broke the first day we were there. The management brought us a new fridge right away but it was much smaller, which made it hard since we had 12 people in the house. The microwave handle was also broken so we were nervous to use it. We also weren’t told about the amazing lake access and just happened to find it the day before we were leaving. We then found it mentioned in the manual but that needs to be way more advertised. We felt jipped out of an amazing experience .

A few things to improve. There is only street level parking. For the size of the home and price we paid there should be access to park in the garage.

My family had a wonderful time. It would be great if there was more dishwasher soap, TP and paper towels. No enough for our stay and we had to buy more. Loved all the improvements The Lookout is making, refreshment bar, concert, and tighten security.

We had a lovely time at the Driftwood Cottage w/Carriage House. The house was comfortable for our group of 10. The property description was accurate, although I would caution that the sleeper sofa is not something I would count on using at all! Our 10 year old would not sleep on it due to how uncomfortable it was. I can't imagine an adult being able to sleep on it. We also had a few issues upon arrival which the management were quick to address. Unfortunately one of the issues was the firepit not working. It was unable to be fixed during our stay so we missed out on that aspect - which was one of the reasons we rented this home. The home is in a perfect location to access both pools and the waterfront, which was awesome. Also, wanted to note that the window coverings do not block light - thankfully we always travel with sleep masks. My parents stayed in the carriage house and said the sun just poured in in the mornings. Would be much more comfortable with blackout blinds/drapes Will be coming back to rent again but will most likely find a different rental.

this is our first time staying at the Lookout, we normally stay in Wapato point. But we decided to try the Lookout at the Driftwood Cottage. To be honest the amenities in this house were the best we have seen and we really liked the community feel, and the convenience to get to our boat with the carts. We will definitely be here again next year!

House had very limited kitchen amenities. Cottage above garage had a very musty smell. Grounds were beautiful. Decor was very dated.
