Beds are comfy, built in bunks are fun, covered patio is great in the heat, and lots of bedrooms to easily support two+ families. Always a great time!

The only downsides were the lack of privacy on the deck and hot tub with many people walking across the property to access the street below. A fence would be a great idea! Also the toilet paper that the rental is being supplied with is horrible. barely stays together and does not tear evenly. Seems like they could spend a few more dollars on quality TP.

It was spacious with plenty of room for 3 families to sleep & play. The expansive covered deck, hot tub, open fire pit and front porch provided all sorts of options to eat/drink, play games, or hangout. Comfortable beds, clean house, and decorated well. Lookout staff are always so friendly & accommodating too.

Chelan at it’s best!

The staff are so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed renting watercraft, shopping in the town, and visiting a local winery. Our grandchild loved the pool and the protected beach area and the teens enjoyed basketball and pickle ball. There is something for everyone. You will love it here!

As much as there are many amenities for use inside and outside of the home you are able to cool your days at the pools or enjoy the outdoor games, we have which would be basketball, Bacci ball, and pickle ball. This house exceeded my expectations! The location is the best. You are right next to the entrance down to the lake. A 30 second walk up the hill to the pool, coffee/smoothie bar and club house. You get a partial view of the lake off the deck. My go to spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails! <br/>The house itself had a perfect layout with wonderful furnishings. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home! We had the best time and enjoyed all the amenities The Lookout had to offer. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had all the necessary amenities for the eight of us to be comfortable, prepare meals, play outside and enjoy our stay. The deck is huge and perfect for meals outside, BBQ and s’mores at the fire pit! The kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub nightly. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the pool and an easy walk or ride down to the marina. We will definitely stay at Good Vibes again. Thank you!

The outdoor living space far exceeded our expectations and everything was spotlessly clean. The sleeping quarters provided great quality mattresses so we felt well rested. We looked for a couple of extra blankets in case some got chilly in the night but didn’t find any, however everyone slept comfortably so no need this time around.

Good vibes #29 provide great views. Lookout Park is less than a minute away up the hill, which features a community pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, a children's playground, a large open playfield, and a pickleball court.

Girlfriends Getaway Plus Kids

The main floor plan is open so you can relax inside cook and watch the kids in the hot tub all at the same time. The sleeping arrangements are great for multiple families and the garage is an added bonus. We have stayed at The Lookout before and can’t wait to come again.

Bedroom 4 – Sleeps 4 - 6, two sets of twin over full bunks, shared bathroom.
This new 2-story, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features expansive outdoor space, including a partially covered deck, patio, and fire pit. You’re steps away from the shuttle service to Lake Chelan, a 70-slip marina (boat & jet ski rentals available seasonally), and a beach cove with a protected swimming area and swim dock. Less than a minute away up the hill is Lookout Park, which features a community pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, a children's playground, a large open play field, and a pickleball court.
This is a reverse living home, where the main living space, including the master bedroom and bath, is upstairs, while the other three bedrooms are on the ground level. This provides great views and cool breezes on the walkout deck, while the lower-level bedrooms stay nice and cool on hot days.
The upper-level open floor plan features a great room with a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful quartz countertops, a large counter with seating for four, an oversized 8+ seat dining table, a 2-piece powder room, and a large living room.
The living room boasts a comfortable sectional for relaxing in front of a gas fireplace and a 55” LED TV. The TV also has a Sonos Beam for excellent sound, whether from a movie or your favorite tunes.
Just off the great room is a large partially covered deck with an outdoor dining table that seats eight and an outdoor couch and chairs to enjoy the evenings and snacks with a glass of wine. The deck also includes a five-burner grill that’ll easily handle all the food you need to satisfy your hungry crowd.
The upper-floor master bedroom includes a California king bed and a 50" TV. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, a separate water closet, a double vanity, and a large walk-in closet.
The lower floor has three bedrooms – a California king with a 50” smart TV, a queen room with a 50” smart TV, and a bunk room with two sets of built-in twin over full bunks. The bunks have plenty of storage for your kiddos, with drawers under the lower beds and cubbies under the bunk stairs. This room also includes a 43" Smart LED TV.
Additional amenities include; beach towels, various beach toys, and complimentary high-speed wireless. When you arrive, you’ll be able to settle in and start enjoying your getaway quickly!
The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but fall between 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.
