The house is very spacious. You can hear everything from all over the house, but for a week, not a big deal. They did advertise that you could see the fireworks from the deck, but they did not stipulate that you only see the Lake Chelan fireworks, about 2 days after the 4th of July. So, that was disappointing. You cannot see the 4th of July fireworks from here at all. Otherwise, it was very nice and we would stay there again.

We had a lovely time staying at Grand Crew and would absolutely love to stay again in the future! Our group included 6 adults and 2 children, so the layout was perfect to allow some separation but also plenty of space for us all to gather together.
The home was extremely clean inside and out, the furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - we cooked most of our meals at the home so this was very important. Waking up to the beautiful view of the lake was amazing.
My kids became ping pong masters by the end of our stay and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and gas fire pit.
The complex in general was also so wonderful, with tons of things for us all to do. We spent the bulk of our vacation swimming, exploring the many playgrounds, playing pickleball, and just relaxing at the home.
We ate lunch at the Vin Du Lac on Father's Day and the food was delicious. Being able to walk there was a huge plus.
The only reason the home gets 4 stars for condition is there is a warped board on the deck that stuck out so we had to cover that to ensure no one tripped or stubbed a toe.

Grand Crew was a fantastic spot for a girls weekend. We had 7 women stay for 3 nights and the house was perfect!! Very comfortable, great amenities. It was too hot that weekend for the hot tub but we did walk over to the pool which was great. The location is perfect- close enough to walk to town.

On the first night we couldn't get the fire pit to light, and after calling guest support someone was knocking on the door 10 minutes later and got it fixed. Overall I would say this house and Chelan Lookout is a 10!

We rented this house for my husbands 40th birthday. We had 7 couples total and felt we had plenty of space. Downfall was it was winter and couldn't take advantage of all the beautiful outside deck space! The kitchen is stocked so if you plan on cooking, just bring the food and spices. We didn't mess with it to figure out why but the communication with the lookout team was great and know they would have come out if we asked them to help us. Would absolutely stay again!

the best part is the view which is spectacular. Plenty of space in the house and kept very clean. the interiros are very modern. the dish washer and microwave are broken. the central doors are missing the bottom bolt and frequently open with any gust of wind. I am hopeful these problems can be fixed.

Family get away

The furniture in this home looks okay but is very uncomfortable . Needs another TV in main area. We missed being on the water and the boat slip was very expensive.

And it was hard to beat the ambiance for dinners on the deck. The kids loved going to the pool, marina and the park areas. We had an issue with the upstairs water heater and maintenance was over to look at it within 10 minutes. Overall a wonderful week and our family members said it was our best family vacation ever.

We were in Chelan for a wedding. The Grand Crew was perfect for our group with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The flow was great for a big group. The view was amazing. We especially liked the large deck with an oversized firepit and plenty of Adirondack chairs.

Rented The Grand Crew, got married at the Lookout park, and had the Best Experience! They even arranged an extra fridge, and the use of a golf cart as the "getaway car". Jenn Montes is amazing as the event coordinator. If you're considering the Lookout for your wedding, do it! You won't be disappointed.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience! There were some issues worth noting, that could be easily fixed to improve it even further:

-dead gnats EVERYWHERE (although not sure what you could do to prevent it, and yes, we had the doors/windows closed at all times)
-limited seating on deck, considering the house sleeps so many people and that is a prime spot to enjoy the home
-no umbrellas/cover on deck to avoid direct sun
-no ability to cool down downstairs bedrooms
-no hangers in any of the closets, despite the beautiful closet organizers
-broken blinds in downstairs far-right bedroom
-not enough silverware
-handrail up to the 3rd floor was coming loose and could use some reinforcement
-broken dining room chairs (glad we had tools to fix ourselves!)
-could use shades in kitchen and game room for kids who preferred to sleep out there
-upstairs en-suite door and the bunk room door guide need repair
-marina did not adequately manage squatters (but will give that feedback to marina separately)

We stayed during the record breaking heat wave and unfortunately the house absorbed a lot of heat especially in the main/kitchen area. This space needs ceiling fans for a place like Chelan. I do want to let you know that the place was not in the best shape based on what we were told earlier. I called in the day before to see if there was an early check in available. You said no because there are guests staying and the cleaning crew needed all the time for proper cleaning protocols. As you can see on the attached pictures this place was infested everywhere. The only place they said was clean was the master bedroom upstairs. My wife and girlfriends checked in within minutes to no more then a couple of hours after the cleaning was done. We have never experienced this at any of your places. When my wife called in about it the response was because of being close to the lake, it is what it is. If you know the houses close to the lake has these problems, it would have been nice to know before booking. If I knew that I probably would have picked a place further back. I would expected the cleaning crew knew about this while cleaning and would have been nice to know as they were checking in and maybe an alternative if they chose to.



You will definitely see us again. My kids love your place and we always have a great time. I just feel like you should know this since we have never experienced this before.

There were just too many broken things in this rental to be worth the price. One of the doors didn’t even close properly. Shower door handle broke off when opening the door and a chair broke from under my husband while he was on a Zoom city council meeting as Mayor. I don’t believe we would ever spend this amount of money on this rental again. There was trash left in the garage from the previous renter. Disappointing overall.

Beautiful house, but bugs galore. Apparently houses near the water have these bugs inside, harmless but a nuisance. Have stayed at other Lookout homes and never had the issue however. Wasp nest out on deck as well, but was taken care of from great Maintenance staff. Also fridge water filter was out and a new one could not arrive prior to our departure. All in all great stay

For example, there are no pulls on the barn door style doors upstairs. This creates a significant danger for children who cannot open them otherwise. My only other concern was the amount of ants and gnats we encountered. We have stayed at other Lookout properties several times and have never had a similar experience. The gnats seemed to get worse as the week went on. Not sure what can be done, but would be a good idea to address the issue.

The biggest issue was that amenities description included a "BBQ Grill". This is a 6 bedroom home, so we were not expecting a tiny 12" round charcoal grill. On top of that, when we ended up having to grill our steaks inside, the stove vent did not work and set off the fire alarm for 10 minutes. The hot tub had brown film as well after someone had already come to clean it, so we had to call and have them clean it again. The construction crew next door also decided to hangout and lean against the bedroom window and hot tub during their breaks.

This home was incredible! The view, finishes and overall layout of the home were all very well thought out and the home feel very bright, private and spacious. the home was also sparkling clean and in brand new condition.
