Great Floor plan with Kitchen, dining and Living Room Open for easy entertaining; loved the outdoor decks with lots of comfortable seating! Primary on the Main floor was important, as well as the home being so close to the pool! Felt right at home as soon as we entered! Plan to return again! Things to note: Kitchen is well stocked, except for plastic wrap, foil or parchment paper; otherwise LOVED the kitchen! Awesome stove, microwave & Island! Filtered water in the fridge too. 10/10 Rating!!!

Reviewed on 2024-08-27 by Narciso T C. , Everett, WA United StatesThe perfect location, plenty of parking for a family of 3, house was very clean, kitchen had everything you need to cook, bedrooms had great furniture designs, the house was located close to the pool a big plus. Kids loved the games, table tennis, bocce ball, hot tube and the fire pit, staff was wonderful. Our ATV driver noticed we had a lot of gear from the marina and he decided to drive us to the home, much prop's to the young gentleman. The private marina was a plus with having its own dock to go in and out of. A family vacation community the best Lake Chelan can offer.
Parent's Dream House

We could see our guests from the massive deck - great space for grilling, games, reading, and lounging. The pool (wine tasting, dive in movie, and shuttle) was very close, but we couldn't hear any noise. The house was very clean, bathrooms & rooms big, huge variety of glasses (wine/plastic/copper/champagne) and nice pots/pans/dishes. The deck/hot tub/firepit/ garage were highlights. The hot tub temp was finicky, but staff came out quick to fix. There weren't kitchen extras (bring coffee filters, condiments, food storage). We would definitely book here again (and we've stayed at 4 other houses).

Relaxation, comfort, luxury and fun… La Vie Est Belle (life is beautiful)! Enjoy a cup of coffee on a cool morning relaxing on the spacious porch in front of the indoor/outdoor fireplace. Sip a glass of your favorite Chelan wine or a traditional pastis with friends and family while playing a game of pétanque on the private pétanque court or watch the stars from the hot tub with a nearby firepit into the night. This house has it all, for all ages!
This luxurious home has an open concept main floor on the top level of the home with 18-foot vaulted ceilings. There is a large, farmhouse-style dining table that will accommodate 10 people, as well as seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is well-appointed and includes a wine fridge, gas range and a Nespresso machine with complimentary starter coffee pods. A highchair is available for guest use.
The wrap-around porch overlooking the Lower Vineyard Pool with heating lamps, and a 2-sided fireplace allows you to make the most of indoor/outdoor living, with a large comfortable sectional sofa, gas grill, and large dining table.
The first primary bedroom with a king bed and large en-suite bath is on the main level of the home. The lower level includes a second primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, making this home ideal for multiple families. The lower level also includes a charming third bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with an X-box 360 and television.
There is also plenty to do outside of the home year-round. The home includes a hot tub and an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying cool evenings. There is a private mini-petanque court (French form of bocce) on the property, a ping-pong table in the garage, numerous board games, and even Giant Jenga. The house is steps from the Lower Vineyard Pool which is open year-round. Enjoy a glass of wine from the balcony while watching your family in the pool! It is steps away from the shuttle to the marina and beach, as well as the Lower Vineyard Park. It is just a brief walk from the Upper Vineyard Pool and pickleball courts.
