This house was wonderful. Very well furnished, decorated, and supplied. Kitchen had everything. Comfortable seating and beds. Our group of 8 65+ had a fabulous time. I would say if you need ADA accommodations, this wouldn’t be the best, as the bedrooms are either one floor up or one floor down from the kitchen living room area. I think we’ll be back!

We did notice that the staff that works around the development was not as friendly this year as they have been in the past. We also had multiple times that a staff vehicle was blocking us from being able to get by on the road due to construction, cleaning, or landscaping. It was a little frustrating when they would get irritated with us when they were the ones blocking the road. Otherwise, the Lake staff and the office staff were wonderful as always.

The house was well-built for our large family vacation. Facilities and the pools and lake are great. We did have some home repair problems which were addressed after a complaint to the office staff.

Loved this property and this community! The house was perfect for our three small families. The community was so accommodating with two pools, family night activities, and a private swimming dock with drivers shuttling people up and down to the lake throughout the day. We will definitely be back!

This house was very well appointed and comfortable. While it doesn’t have a view of the lake, there are views of the north hills, is on a quiet culdesac and it’s conveniently located between the two pools. We were 4 adults and 5 tweenagers. The custom queen bunk room was the bomb and the kids kept commenting how comfortable the beds were. They loved the media room spending late nights watching movies curled up together of the big couch and bean bags, playing air hockey, ping pong or one of the closet full of board games. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable serving/cooking dishwater, dishware for inside and outside, pots & pans were in good shape and ample. My only complaint was there were virtually NO starter spices/oil/foil/plastic wrap but Lookout is conveniently located about 2 miles from Safeway. The rooms upstairs were nicely decorated with each their own bathrooms/tub showers. Beds were very comfortable. Nice reading room with daybed for additional space for a guest upstairs. We all enjoyed hanging out on the deck in the mornings and evenings as well as eating on the outside patio and roasting s’mores. We loved the amenities of the pools, central coffee shop, pickle ball courts, amazing beach, jet ski rentals and launch for SUPs. Lookout is a wonderful place to stay for families. This house was awesome and we will definitely be back again!

Lake Vine & Villa was the perfect place for our two families to enjoy spring break. Lots of space - love that there are two masters on the top floor. Lovely, large deck. Great game and bunk room in the basement. Air hockey, Xbox, board games, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved this home! This is the second time we've rented in The Lookout, and both times, the experience has been great. The home is large with a really great/usable deck space off the kitchen/living room. Fully stocked with comfy beds. Located close to both pools and the playground. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and surrounding community were very pleasant. The house was well decorated and very clean! We did have an issue with some of the amenities at the house itself. Both the fire pit and grill did not work which was a little irritating since that was why we originally chose to stay there. Other than that - awesome place would recommend!

This vacation home exceeded our expectations. The layout was perfect for our family. Two ensuite bedrooms upstairs plus a loft. The bunk room adjacent to the game room kept my kids entertained for hours. The house is in the middle of both pools and right next to the play ground. Great location within the Lookout community. Great house with lots of space! Bedroom set up is perfect for families. We would love to come back. Only problem was that the dishwasher was broken, and we couldn’t reach the management company to ask to have it fixed. We left messages through their answering service but never received any calls back.

Wonderful time at Lake Chelan! The home was perfect for our 5kids!!! Air Hockey and XBox were a hit! And the Fire Pit was a fabulous ending!!

We stayed in this home with five small boys ages five and under. It was a perfect location: easy walk to the pool and play area. It had a lovely area in back of the house that was level and paved for the boys to enjoy: we could be out back as a family and they could play. The huge front porch was also very accommodating re: littles could play and adults relax. We would definitely consider renting this home again!!!! We have all ready recommended to friends who also have younger grandchildren as the perfect home for their family to enjoy.

Our group came to Chelan for our annual wine weekend and stayed at the Lake and Vine Villa #15. The house was perfect! Everything clean, new and had everything and more of what we needed, it was a great location and was also decorated beautifully. It was extremely easy to book, check in and check out, and the look out staff were super helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again!

Our entire family stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Gorgeous home with all the right spaces. We took full advantage of the deck space, firepit, and great living spaces. The kitchen stocked everything we needed. Everything was tidy and clean. Highly recommend.
