The Lakehouse #97 [1]
Summer gathering with friends.
Reviewed on 2024-09-08 by , Gig Harbor, WA United StatesWe had three couples share this lovely house. Everything was very nice.
Our only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to non-working hot tub for a portion of our stay and a parking space issue that caused damage to our vehicle. Both of these issues were responded to with prompt attention and compensation. We would happily stay at this house in the future.
Multi family look elsewhere
Reviewed on 2024-09-03 by , Maple valley, WA United StatesSecondly, there was no coffee, no foil to cook on, no ziplock baggie, no spices or salt and pepper nothing of help so that you did not need to pack your entire kitchen to survive. This was so disappointing. I have stayed in 6 houses other than this one and never had this happen.
When you are paying summer prices these houses need to come with some simple ingredients to make our travels easier.
As for The Lookout staff, they are amazing and the house was clean. Grill was clean. BBQ was clean.
I hope this helps the next family that rents to know what to expect.
This house was not my favorite in all the houses I have rented. I would not recommend. We went with another family and we put the kids in the “bunk room” . This room has beds to sleep 5 people... the problem is, there is no common bathroom. So no where for the kids to get dressed or shower without having to go into the bedrooms of others. Not fun on a long stay.
Secondly, there was no coffee, no foil to cook on, no ziplock baggie, no spices or salt and pepper nothing of help so that you did not need to pack your entire kitchen to survive. Great time
Reviewed on 2024-07-21 by Katherine C. , Seattle, WA United StatesWe had 6 adults and 3 kids staying in this house. I thought it would feel too small but with the lawn out front the living area feels extended. I highly recommend this house. It is well stocked, comfortable, and most importantly, it is clean! Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with our family.
Great place for 3 generations
Reviewed on 2024-07-16 by Andrea B. , Gig Harbor, WA United StatesGreat location due to the lawn out front for the grandchildren to play! They were 7,5,2 1⁄2 yrs. The front porch was wonderful for evenings and wine. An easy way to the pool with the swings as a quick diversion. The kitchen was one of the best well stocked I have seen with children’s ware. And the adults lack for nothing with all sorts of glasses and portable coffee and wine cups! This is the second time we have stayed there and highly recommend it !

Lakehouse #97 - Kloke Stay
Reviewed on 2024-05-20 by Shawn K. , Sammamish, WA United StatesOur stay at the house was a fun time. House was as advertised and fully stocked. There were a few things not working or we did not understand how to work them. Lower master bathroom fan did not work. We could not figure out how to turn on the living room gas fireplace with the remote and could not find any manual switches.

Too short of a trip
Reviewed on 2023-08-19 by Melissa M. , Fairmont Hot Springs, BC CanadaWe came for a quick 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The house was perfect for us. We spent our mornings our back, afternoons out front and evenings in the hot tub. The house was in perfect condition and we would stay here again. It’s deceiving from the outside with its size. I loved that all 3 bedrooms (excluding the one with the 2 beds for kids) had king beds. That is perfect for couples and such a great feature. We are planning to return next year and will stay at this house.
Wonderful Stay
Reviewed on 2023-07-12 by Gabrielle G. , Aurora, CO United StatesWe enjoyed the house to the fullest. This house has everything you can think off. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you can possibly need to make a great meal for the family. The beds were so comfortable better than a 5 star hotel. The property location is perfect and the community has great amenities. We had a great stay and would recommend this vacation home and give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Cozy escape
Reviewed on 2021-11-09 by , Seattle, WA United StatesWhat a wonderful place to escape from the city. It had everything we needed and more. The house was clean, well furnished and super cozy. While it can fit a lot of guests, 4-6 is probably the best for the most comfortable experience. I would come again anytime!

Lakehouse
Reviewed on 2021-10-03 by Shawn V. , Stevenson, WA United StatesWe had a great stay. Staff was very helpful in getting our paddle boards up and down the hill to the dock and seating area. It is a little deceiving, Im sure purposefully that the brochures and online pictures do not clearly describe the process of how far the marina is from the complex. We were specifically looking for something within walking distance to the lake each day and your website seemed to describe it as such. It took some looking and actually asking one of the cart guys where the dock was when we arrived for us to even find it. We were there in a particular slow time so transporting the equipment up and down the steep hill was not a problem but I can see where the busy season would make this not such a great experience. We will be back to Chelan and will likely stay at the Lookout again as long as we are traveling during a slow season but would not stay during the busy season. Nothing that can be done about the location of the marina, the development is built where it is. It is a very nice development and we had no issues whatsoever. I would just suggest being a little more truthful about the trip to the marina, people appreciate the truth and making their decision on that rather than being deceived.
Awesome!

We Love the Lakehouse!
Reviewed on 2020-06-07 by Douglas S. , Woodinville, WA United StatesWe were so grateful for our time spent in this spacious, well-kept home. The layout is great. We had 6 guests, and plenty of room for each. The bunk room is much bigger than it appears on the website. The outside spaces at both ends of the house (front and back) are both wonderful in their own ways. Our kids loved the grassy space in the back...lots of fun for sports and other kids of hanging out. Great lake views. Easy access to both pools, as well as the walkway down to the marina. We were so sad to leave, but so grateful for our stay.

A lovely Lookout home
Reviewed on 2019-10-31 by , Gig Harbor, WA United StatesI would recommend this house to anyone visiting with or without kids as it is well equipped to handle a crowd. 2 notes: the indoor fireplace was not working correctly. The Lakehouse
Reviewed on 2019-10-19 by Marcia M. , Puyallup, WA United StatesThe home itself was fine. But not sure I would recommend for a weddding. The carts to get down to lake was a huge disappointment and very unprofessional. When weather required tents during the reception....I couldn't believe that a maintainence man told us as we were leaving to complete the reception at bride's home....Oh, we have heaters on the other sidee you could have used. How inconsiderate not to have offered this prior. Overall, the weddding was fantastic due to the work of the weddding party. Very disappointed with the properties staffing.
