This is our second stay at The Lookout in Chelan, but this property checked all the boxes. Not only was it comfortable for the families that stayed but an amazing view from sunrise to sunset.

This is the second year we’ve rented Lakeview Landing. Great house with lots of great amenities for large groups. Plenty of room for our big group. Close to the pools and park. Would rent again.

Awesome! Great house, love the look out amenities. I would recommend getting a different sound system for the main TV, it was challenging to operate. Once we figured out that we needed to turn the audio system power on, the TV was easier to operate. Also, a drink shaker would be good to have.

Second year we have rented this home for 4 couples including the guest house. Obviously we love it and hope to rent it again once reservations for next summer open.

Good house for a large group. We had 4 families with a bunch of kids and it had plenty of space. Sleeping arrangements for the kids was a little tight, but overall pretty good. Kids loved the down stairs theatre room. Would stay there again.

14 of us stayed here - 4 different families with 8 kids. Loved having the hot tub and carriage house. There are multiple places outside to gather. The pups loved the fenced yard. This is our 4th trip to the Lookout- we love all the amenities. We did have an A/C issue and maintenance repaired the next day within 24 hours. The pictures are outdated- there is a fire pit table now instead of a fire pit. The kids were disappointed there was no ping pong table like the pics advertised. For one of the largest houses in the family friendly community I was surprised it didn’t have more kid plates, didn’t have any kid bowls or kid cups. There aren’t many plastic/ outdoor friendly items in the kitchen. Bring paper plates if you’re worried about damage.

The property is in a great location- across from the park and grass field and in between both pools.

A few things that were frustrating:
1. Coffee pot does not keep coffee hot long, the second you pour it out it cools off fast.
2. Air circulation in the house is horrible. Upstairs gets way too hot and middle/downstairs is way too cold. We couldn’t figure out how to get it more even temp.
3. Didn’t know how to enter the carriage house upon arrival. Had to wait and wait for someone to tell us how to get into that space, even after calling. Frustrating for those staying in there who couldn’t settle in for awhile.
4. Someone previous to us left their dog poop bags piled under the deck by the hot tub, hard to see with the snow but when it started to melt it was gross to see.

Overall we had a great time! Our family hasn&#x2019;t gotten together for something like this in years. Beautiful house with a stunning view and room for the whole family! The lake and marina are so convenient. The grandkids loved the pools and playground. Tubbing on the lake was the favorite activity. The marina staff were so helpful and great boat rentals. We can’t wait to return!

We loved our time in Chelan at The Lookout! The home was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. We spent most of the time in the home sharing meals. We also went on several daily walks and utilized the playground, lawn, pickle ball court, heated pool, and hot tub. Thank you for offering these amenities. The kitchen had all the necessities. We could have used a few more dishwasher pods and garbage bags, but we probably weren’t the typical group. It was also unfortunate the heater would not go below 70. We ended up keeping the doors and windows open all of the time because it would get so hot. All things considered, this was minor and a slight inconvenience. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We reunited with 3 couples and several elementary aged kids for an early October weekend. The house is well appointed - from oodles of board games and PlayStation controllers to coffee machines and ample seating. The view from the deck/kitchen/carriage house is jaw dropping!
