House was fine, Lookout was unresponsive

We tried contacting the Lookout staff to help resolve this, they were unresponsive. Because of this odor akin to a dead animal, we were unable to enjoy the outdoor spaces of our unit. This review reflects the Lookout. The property itself was a great location and enough space for 2 families. Beds were stiff and AC did not work upstairs, it was warm.

Security very rude and aggressive regarding parking short term on street. Threatened to tow after 20 min while we were trying to move out.
Second time while parked in overflow after getting permission, while waiting to get tab to park there they wanted to ticket/tow.

Welcome to Live Laugh, Chelan! We are a cozy modern house located steps away from the year-round heated Vineyard Pool. The Vineyard Pool features an oversized jetted hot tub, lounge seating, outdoor showers, and a splash pad. Enjoy an outdoor concert at the Lookout Event Park, just a minute's walk away. The Hilltop pool, pickleball courts, playground, and lakefront access pickup points are just a short walk around the neighborhood.
The Main Level features the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom, gas fireplace, and a bright, airy open floor concept with comfortable seating for entertaining. Board games, a poker set, and a 65” Samsung Frame TV where you can stream all your favorite movies and TV shows is sure to be fun for the whole family! The open-concept kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create memorable meals for your family, including various cooking tools/appliances and a GE Profile Countertop Nugget Icemaker to keep your beverages ice cold. The Main Level also has a dedicated laundry room and a powder bathroom.
Dine outside al fresco on the charming patio with a large dining table that seats eight comfortably, a fire pit, a Weber 3-Burner Grill, and outdoor games to keep you entertained. Pour a glass of wine and sit on the front deck, which features two overhead outdoor space heaters to keep you nice and toasty during colder weather.
The Upper Level features three bedrooms. 1 King room, 1 Queen room with en suite bath and walk-in closet, and a bunk room that sleeps four and includes a TV/Xbox for entertainment! The house is equipped with high-speed fiber gigabit Wi-Fi.
Live Laugh Chelan has two dedicated parking spots (additional street parking).
