The development is a great location and has very new homes. The process was simple and direct. This home specifically is a great option, being very well furnished and a beautiful design and location.

We had a very relaxing time this time around, on our 3rd annual family vacation, at the Lookout. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces.

We have stayed in a couple of smaller homes at the Lookout, but this time we had grandparents tagging along as well! The home was absolutely perfect, and the space out bag to grill and sit by the fire at night was superb. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the loft which made finding some quiet time manageable! The kitchen was one of the best stocked we have seen as well, so altogether, we could not have asked for more!

Our two kids (ages 9 and 5) said this house was "epic"! Their two favorite features aren't shown in these photos--a small media room with bean bags, TV, DVDs, and an upper loft with bean bags that they used as their hideout and reading nook. We stayed here in the wintertime, and the heater was making a chirping/screeching sound when it was turned on; we only used the upstairs bedrooms so it didn't bother us at night. We told the management about the noise so hopefully it will be fixed for future guests. Overall, this is a beautiful spacious home.

Place was in great shape, clean and comfortable. Not as much hot water in the morning for showers as I would have liked.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fair Winds #70. The Lookout Community is really lovely, very new houses with gorgeous landscaping throughout the community. The pool we went to was well spaced for COVID safety, with spray and wipes to clean chairs and surfaces. Improvements to the house would be there were not many glasses. Maybe 4 of each type and two wine glasses. Definitely need to invest in more as the house accommodates 7 people. The other down side to this house is the construction across the street. Really it was not pleasant to sit outside during the day due to the noise. Also there are supposed to be quiet hours that start at 10pm and that was not enforced. There was loud music and kids in the streets probably until 1AM or so. It would be nice to have those hours enforced. The shuttle to the lake was great, the drivers were so polite and always wore their mask and wiped down the ATV before a new passenger got in. The lake area is beautiful but we found that people would go down at the beginning of the day put their towels on the chairs and not return for hours later. I think there would be plenty of chairs and umbrella space if someone at the marina kept an eye on that. All in all a beautiful place and I would recommend.
