Upon reaching the upper floor, you’ll notice the loft with a media center and Xbox One, a game table, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This level hosts a cheerful guest bedroom with built-in twin bunk beds, and a walk-in closet. Just off the loft hallway is a guest bathroom and laundry room with a full-sized, stacked washer and dryer.

The open floor plan, large kitchen, stunning views of the lake and the mountains, and access to the Lookout community amenities make it an ideal vacation home during the summer. The fireplace will make for a cozy retreat in the winter.

An inviting front porch wrapping around three sides of the home provides an additional 640 SF of outdoor living space. The porch is the perfect spot to take in the gorgeous views from the double-love seats or two Adirondack chairs while enjoying a glass of your favorite Chelan wine. It features a gas grill and dining table that seats 7 for a spectacular outdoor dining experience. The outdoor gas fire pit and chairs on the rear of the property offer yet another spot to relax and roast s’mores.

As you enter the front door, you’ll discover a convenient bench to remove and store your shoes and handy hooks for your coats, bags, and hats. You’ll immediately appreciate the open floor plan stretching from the family room to the kitchen, lined with many windows and sliding doors providing access to the outdoors and lots of natural light. The hardwood floors and urban farmhouse décor give the home a stylish yet comfortable ambiance.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, generous cabinet space, a farmhouse sink, and an oversized island, perfect for prepping food or serving casual meals for up to 5 people.

A guest suite completes the main level, while the master suite, third bedroom, laundry, and bonus room round out the upper level.

The luxurious Master retreat has arguably the best view in the house, with oversized windows facing the lake. It is beautifully appointed and includes a large walk-in closet and en suite bath.

Monkey Business is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, from a fully appointed kitchen to Samsung Smart TVs, complimentary WIFI, beach chairs, and pool towels. In addition, there is a pack ‘n play crib and high chair for families with young ones!
