Such a convenient location with luxurious amenities and furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had enough space to relax while enjoying the outdoor fire pit and hot tub. There was nothing out of place or disappointing. The 4 bunk beds with xbox would be a hit with young kids along with the scooters and ebikes in the garage. Such a fun stay, we definitely will look for The Perfect Day when we return to Chelan.

A perfect retreat

The accessibility to amenities, wineries and town were just ideal. We had a relaxing time away from the pressures or our work and reconnected through team building, relaxation and playing together. Kids were disappointed that the TVs in bunk room didn’t play channels, but only games and You Tube. It was one of the reasons why we chose the house over others. We didn’t learn that until a maintenance visit from staff. Please make that clear in description clear on house page so guests can be better informed before rental. Kids also relocated to the 2nd bedroom on night one due to loud, odd knocks that’s kept waking them up (heater?). We couldn’t figure it out.
Great Family Getaway

The community was great. They provide balls, lawn games, basketball and pickle ball court, just everything you need.
Our only tea issue was check-in was 4:00, but when we arrive shortly after 4:00 they were still inside cleaning. We sat in the car for 10 mins waiting, so I would say don’t expect early check-in to be an option.
We visited early spring for spring for break, but we will definitely be back one of these upcoming summers when more things around town are open.

Lake Chelan Lookout Rental Experience

My only piece of criticism was that the electronics didnt work in the bunk room, and spider problem on the lower level (husband killed 10+ during our short stay. That said, wed choose to stay again at Lookout.

After staying in several homes at the Lookout and over 10 homes in the sister Seabrook community, this home far and away is the best family vacation home. The tastefully selected decor only adds to the house's convenient layout and ideal location. The house was FULLY stocked with anything you could possibly need, and then some. Some property owners put little money into things like blankets and quality mattresses, but this home provided top of the line mattresses in every room including all the kids bunks. Blankets were soft and plush and of high quality. I would say the only negative was that the kids never wanted to come out of their room because the kids bunk room was so awesome. <br/>Perfect home for two families vacationing together, or for a larger family. Could not love this house more!

Situated close to the pool and the private marine trail, it is the ideal location for fun and relaxation of all ages. A Perfect Day is a reverse floor living plan with the kitchen, dining nook, living room and master bedroom on the upper level, designed to maximize views. No detail was overlooked in the beautifully appointed modern farmhouse kitchen, including quartz counter tops, counter space seating, a gas stove, an ultra-quiet dishwasher, and a cozy spacious built-in kitchen nook.
Enjoy down time in the living area flooded with natural light. The comfy seating surrounds the 65” 4K hi-def Samsung Smart TV with DirectTV situated over the gas fireplace, a blue-ray DVD player and an extensive video and game collection for movie and game nights at home. French doors off the living area open to a large deck featuring an 8-person dining set and a safely secured propane patio heater, perfect for late-nights under the stars. Step down to the patio encompassed by a pergola to provide comfort and shade (new for 2020). You will have access to a infra-red 3-burner gas grill, fire pit and a comfortable seating area to soak in the sunset vibe. At the end of your perfect day enjoy a drink and relax in a luxury 6-person hot-tub in a secluded first floor patio area.
The large master bedroom, also on the upper floor, features a comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, 6-drawer dresser, and a master bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and plenty of space for towels and personal items. A separate powder room is also available on the main floor for vacationers and guests.
The second bedroom and bunk room are located on the lower level and share a large Jack and Jill bathroom with a bathtub shower. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a tempurpedic mattress, an in-closet built-in dresser, and a 39” 4k hi-def Smart TV with DirectTV. Walk out the French doors onto a private patio area and hot-tub.
A truly unique feature is the custom designed bunk room for 4. Each spacious bunk is outfitted with its own 32” Smart TV and Xbox One (with access to 100+ games), Twin XL memory foam mattress (also comfortable for adults), and blackout curtains for privacy. This home sports many family-friendly conveniences detailed below in the amenities section.
Located on the lower floor is a modern washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The garage is available for vehicle use, storing pool and beach gear. There is a Tesla wall charger available for your convenience. There is a full sized table tennis and go exploring with the scooters stored in the garage.
