We had a lovely getaway while staying at Ready or Knot. It was perfect for the two of us plus our dog. The house has been kept in great condition and was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Ready or Knot overall, although some details fell short of expectations. The location is fantastic and the inside areas are well maintained and comfortable. We were staying with kids/teens and they enjoyed the loft and the downstairs game room/hangout space. The kitchen had the bare necessities, although some essential items were lacking (e.g. pizza pan). As other reviews suggest, there is no viable indoor dining option (the folding console is basically a coffee table and there are no chairs provided), so as a group of 6 (max occupancy) we were looking to utilize the patio dining table. Unfortunately, upon arrival we immediately discovered that the patio table umbrella was broken and unusable. We eventually received a replacement from housekeeping, but it was too tall for the table. The barbecue grill was also dirty, which led to our food catching on fire, making it impossible to grill outside. Finally, there seem to be a lot of bees/wasps at this property, partly because of a shrub in the backyard that seems to attract them. The wasps were a nuisance and made eating outside a challenge, which was unfortunate because it's the only dining option and the view from the deck is truly stunning.

The location was great!! The bed was comfy. We won’t stay here again though because the house lacked so many basic amenities that I’ve always had in other rentals: no bbq tools, only one set of tongs and very few utensils overall, no food storage (foil/plastic wrap/tupperwares) for leftovers. Guest services did bring some tupperwares over on our 3rd day. The tv must be older as it isn’t able to stream Netflix without being super slow. (We couldn’t even get Netflix to load after the first day.) The biggest disappointment of this home is that there were no towel hooks/rods. A pretty big inconvenience having to hang bath towels over the doors throughout the house. Please remove the the bathroom wall art and install towel hooks. Also, I reached out Guest Services 3 times to have them replace the light above the shower that never worked (no windows in there so it wasn’t very bright), and no one ever came. I finally gave up after the third day of our 5-night stay. For the amount charged for “resort fee” I expect better service. We have stayed at The Lookout annually and this experience was the most disappointing.

The house is just as it appears online. The garage is a fantastic game room. Our teens turned off their devices and spent hours in the game room playing ping pong, darts, air hockey and hanging out. The resort grounds, pool and beach were beautiful. We hope to visit again soon.

We had two adults and three kids for a four-night stay, and loved the home. The kids loved the private playroom space. Outside deck space was great, and the outdoor stairs to the pool made it easy for everyone to go when they liked. Incredibly friendly staff throughout the development, and fantastic location to downtown Chelan, Slidewaters water park, grocery stores.

The house was great and as described. It is centrally located within the community itself, which made it easy to experience all that the community has to offer. The house was clean, well-appointed, and stocked with everything we needed. There were a few blinds that were broken and would not close, and the patio and patio furniture needs some attention (e.g., paint worn off on the deck, one of the dining chairs was broken and wobbly), but these are very minor critiques and did not detract from the stay. I wish the upstairs loft was more accessible, as the space is great once you are up there, but the steep ladder is not for the faint of heart. The garage game room was a fantastic perk and a place were we spent a lot of time.

This house is perfect for a family with school age kids. The game room was a huge hit with the whole family. The view of the lake from the house is perfect while sipping coffee in the morning and wine at night.

The Lookout is in a great location near town and the winery’s on the north shore of the lake. Since it was winter, we did not make use of the communities amenities, but there appears to be plenty, including a heated pool we did see a few people in. The community also has a few dog stations throughout, which were very convenient for taking the pup out.

The unit itself was in great shape, well stocked, and as described. The game room was a great hangout spot and my daughter loved the loft kids room. The check-in and check-out process went entirely as described. The unit is also very quiet. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking, the downstairs area was full of movies and games, and our pup loved the fenced in yard. Sitting on the deck next to the fire pit with a glass of wine watching the sunset was a the highlight!

Rules were somewhat harsh. I get it in the industry but every reasonable question was no. Also one question was not answered until after check in again the answer was going to be no I am assuming. Asked for tp took 5 hours we went to the store.

Our girls loved climbing the stairs to there loft bedroom~~ we also loved the garage converted to activity room with air hockey ping pong etc~ So much fun. We look forward to coming back again soon.

The garage game room was the perfect escape from the heat when we were done playing in the water. The hillside perch was perfect in the evenings to watch the sunset and enjoy the cool breeze. Highly recommend for families with older children or teens (the ladder going up to the loft isn't good for small kids or older adults).

The Lookout has everything we wanted...private beach, amazing pools, breathtaking views of the lake and the stars and quiet at nighttime. We enjoyed swimming the pools and lake during the day and sitting by the gas fireplace on the deck at night to watch the sunset. One pool was mostly 3 feet so perfect for my 6 year old to swim safely. The house was modern, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We walked to town a couple times for coffee but we loved how the Lookout was away from all the craziness of downtown. This place had it all. We can’t wait to go back.

We loved the Lookout and our Little Dipper home. The large deck with lake views was our go to spot each evening. The quick walk to the pool or beach made it a perfect spot that was still quiet but easy to get to everything. Our kids LOVED the loft space and the home itself feels like a cottage escape. We had a great stay at The Little Dipper. Such a darling place with a great location! A queen size bed downstairs would be awesome, as upstairs is hard to access and is where my husband slept, as the downstairs bed is a full size bed.

This house has no dining table and the beds in the loft are uncomfortably close to the ceiling. I was told no pets were allowed so I assumed my allergic child would be comfortable in this house. Unfortunately the owner keeps a pet in the house so my daughter was very uncomfortable. If you like TV you will like the fact that there are three TVs in this house. The pool was jammed at all times. The lake and surrounding area are beautiful.
