Great Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood
Reviewed on 2024-09-24 by Haley P. , Spring, TX United StatesPROS: house is modern, cozy, very clean. Location is perfect and neighborhood is beautiful. Loved the neighborhood lake access!! We visited during our wedding week...<br/>CONS: Check in is at 4pm but the office closes at 5pm. At 4pm, our check-in code didn't work. Called the office and they opened the door from their system, and had to change the code for us. We spent 45 minutes unpacking and organizing wedding stuff, and finally tried our new code. It didn't work. We barely had enough time to go to the office to see what was wrong. They ended up changing the code again. We went back to the house and it STILL did not work. Now it's after 5pm so we had to call the after-hours # to come over and help. Then we wondered why it was so hot in the house...found out the AC was not working and the entire week was between 100-107 degrees. Had to call after-hours # AGAIN, they brought us portable ACs and a fan. This is listed as a 10-person home, but that evening we discovered we only had 3 bath towels and 2 pool towels (listing says 12 pool towels will be stocked). Had to make a trip to the office again in the morning to pick up the ~20 extra towels that should have been there. I would not recommend staying here with 10 people. One of the rooms shown as a sleeping space is actually an open living area. Parking...overflow lot is not in walking distance. Don't assume you can park in the spots where the pictures show cars by the garage. The area above the garage is not part of the rental.
Great home for families!
Reviewed on 2024-09-17 by , Beaux arts, WA United StatesWe had a wonderful stay here with 2 families. Kids loved the bunk room! It was a bit warm upstairs the first night, but maintenance was quick to fix A/C and refill our BBQ's propane tank.
Reel Good Times Indeed!
Reviewed on 2023-08-20 by , Anacortes, WA United StatesWe loved staying here for our family vacation in Chelan! The location was convenient to the pool and everything else we wanted to do. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Reel-axing!
Reviewed on 2023-06-06 by Yarleen K. , Maple Valley, WA United StatesIf I had to give any constructive feedback on the house, I'd recommend correctly anchoring all artwork, they kept falling off due to the nails. Also look into upgrading the dishwasher in the next phase of investment. The coffee was way past expired so perhaps just a quick review on food inventory. Overall it was fantastic, loved the community, will be back!
Stayed a week with two little ones, had a blast. The proximity to the hilltop pool was excellent and just a short walk to the other one. Loved the porch to hang out on, the fireplace for s'mores, the little extras in the house like stepping stools for the kiddos. The furniture was comfortable. The staff was AMAZING! Really top notch from Jasmine who always answered the phone so professionally to the beach shuttle valet who were very nice. <br/><br/>If I had to give any constructive feedback on the house, I'd recommend correctly anchoring all artwork, they kept falling off due to the nails. Cozy and convenient
Reviewed on 2022-09-27 by Donna M. , Kirkland, WA USWe were 4 adults here for a birthday weekend and it was a great spot! Close walk to the water, lots of amenities at Lookout, all the comforts of home (toiletries and pantry items too). Be prepared though, if you bring kids that plan to utilize the garage with sports games to play because the dart board didn’t have darts for the board, pop-a-shot had only one ball, air hockey (pucks were found in the trash can) and the flip able table seemed to only flip to pool but no sticks or balls. Disappointing but the porch and house were lovely.

Perfect family vacation
Reviewed on 2022-07-27 by Wyndi W. , Bremerton , WA United StatesThe inside of the house had everything we needed. The bun room was perfect for our 4 kids (12, 13, 14, 15). The game room was fun for them, but barely used because we played at the lake most days. The only downside for us was inviting family over for a bbq and there was no propane in the tank. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a bummer. Overall, we loved all the lookout had to offer!
The location of Reel Good Times was perfect! Close to the pool and the lake, we could set up our cornhole game in the side yard. The Lookout itself was very family friendly and convenient. <br/>The inside of the house had everything we needed. The bun room was perfect for our 4 kids (12, 13, 14, 15). Misleading ad. One room was locked
Reviewed on 2021-10-19 by , Redmond, WA USThe house was clean and cute but the listing mentioned a game room with a foosball table. My kids were looking forward to play there. We found out that the game room was locked. When I called the guest services they couldn’t help and told me that the listing must be old. Disappointing and misleading.

Fun Family Getaway!
Reviewed on 2020-07-18 by , Sammamish, WA United StatesWe all had a great time relaxing and playing at The Lookout in Lake Chelan. We played a lot in the conveniently located pools and there was always a lounge chair available to recline and relax. The lake was a fun place to use our paddle boards and kayaks plus we all really appreciated the transportation available to get to and from the lake. The home was clean, modern and cozy and all our needs were provided for.
Wonderful Stay!
Reviewed on 2018-06-05 by Erin D. , SEATTLE, Washington United StatesThe Grapevine is a beautiful home! It fit 6 of us very comfortably with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and essential ingredients like seasonings, which we greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the basketball game, ping pong table and cornhole games. We did not have kids with us, but this would be a great house for kids with the bunk beds, lots of games and access to bikes. It was extremely clean and welcoming. The details added make it really feel like a home at the lake. The ONLY con was the bunk beds are very firm and several of us did not sleep very well. Aside from that, such a fantastic house, we will definitely be back!
