CONS: Check in is at 4pm but the office closes at 5pm. At 4pm, our check-in code didn't work. Called the office and they opened the door from their system, and had to change the code for us. We spent 45 minutes unpacking and organizing wedding stuff, and finally tried our new code. It didn't work. We barely had enough time to go to the office to see what was wrong. They ended up changing the code again. We went back to the house and it STILL did not work. Now it's after 5pm so we had to call the after-hours # to come over and help. Then we wondered why it was so hot in the house...found out the AC was not working and the entire week was between 100-107 degrees. Had to call after-hours # AGAIN, they brought us portable ACs and a fan. This is listed as a 10-person home, but that evening we discovered we only had 3 bath towels and 2 pool towels (listing says 12 pool towels will be stocked). Had to make a trip to the office again in the morning to pick up the ~20 extra towels that should have been there. I would not recommend staying here with 10 people. One of the rooms shown as a sleeping space is actually an open living area. Parking...overflow lot is not in walking distance. Don't assume you can park in the spots where the pictures show cars by the garage. The area above the garage is not part of the rental.

We had a wonderful stay here with 2 families. Kids loved the bunk room! It was a bit warm upstairs the first night, but maintenance was quick to fix A/C and refill our BBQ's propane tank.

We loved staying here for our family vacation in Chelan! The location was convenient to the pool and everything else we wanted to do. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Located near Hilltop Pool. House in good condition. Lots of stuff for kids. We loved The Lookout and plan on returning for future trips.

Stayed a week with two little ones, had a blast. The proximity to the hilltop pool was excellent and just a short walk to the other one. Loved the porch to hang out on, the fireplace for s'mores, the little extras in the house like stepping stools for the kiddos. The furniture was comfortable. The staff was AMAZING! Really top notch from Jasmine who always answered the phone so professionally to the beach shuttle valet who were very nice.

If I had to give any constructive feedback on the house, I'd recommend correctly anchoring all artwork, they kept falling off due to the nails. Also look into upgrading the dishwasher in the next phase of investment. The coffee was way past expired so perhaps just a quick review on food inventory. Overall it was fantastic, loved the community, will be back!

The location of Reel Good Times was perfect! Close to the pool and the lake, we could set up our cornhole game in the side yard. The Lookout itself was very family friendly and convenient.
The inside of the house had everything we needed. The bun room was perfect for our 4 kids (12, 13, 14, 15). The game room was fun for them, but barely used because we played at the lake most days. The only downside for us was inviting family over for a bbq and there was no propane in the tank. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a bummer. Overall, we loved all the lookout had to offer!

The house was clean and cute but the listing mentioned a game room with a foosball table. My kids were looking forward to play there. We found out that the game room was locked. When I called the guest services they couldn’t help and told me that the listing must be old. Disappointing and misleading.

Such a cute house and neighborhood! Had a great time doing winter activities at Echo Ridge, and kids were happy to use the hot tub in the evenings. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

We all had a great time relaxing and playing at The Lookout in Lake Chelan. We played a lot in the conveniently located pools and there was always a lounge chair available to recline and relax. The lake was a fun place to use our paddle boards and kayaks plus we all really appreciated the transportation available to get to and from the lake.
