My family and I rented this home last year, we loved it so much that we rented it again this year. Its a great location, and the home is very clean.

Our family vacation was amazing, this house was so nicely decorated, great location to other shops. The house was so clean which we really appreciated! We are coming back again!

The house was perfect for our little family reunion. We easily had 9 of us there. Surprisingly we could all fit around the big table as a the kids and 2 adults could share the bench. The house was decorated very beautifully. But we found we had to move a lot of the decorations out of the way to be able to use the home. It has a great location. Easily accommodated our 3 cars. All the appliances were great! We didn’t open hot tub so can’t comment on that.

We hopped around from front porch to back porch, the dining room to the living room - enjoying every room all the details that were put into them to make them so esthetically and physically pleasing. This had everything we needed and more. The grassy strip in front of the house is a lovely touch and the morning sun lights upon the front porch for a morning dose of vitamin D with your coffee. This is our third year at the Lookout. Unfortunately it's the second year in a row where a fire hung in the air. We enjoy the Relax Inn every year - it's a great house. Construction across the way did put a damper on things - they cut siding at 6 am and construction dust made the front of the house unusable during the day (but owners came on the weekend so this may have been a last minute push). We loved the changes to the beach area - several layers of beach chairs with umbrellas were added this year so people could spread out. We enjoyed the regular text communications from the Lookout as they had more organized activities this year. Overall we really enjoy the lookout in Chelan as a family of four getaway.

Our son wanted a family vacation for his birthday and the Lookout was the perfect choice for all, with ages ranging from 4 to 74. The house was lovely with plenty of room for the six of us. Besides the pools and beach, the best part was sitting on the front porch in the evening while our grandsons played on the grass and made friends with the other kids and dogs. We would definitely do this again.

We shared this property with another family with children. It was very spacious for 8 people. We found the house spotless, ready for our enjoyment at the time promised and never had to contact the management company during our 5 day stay.
*The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to make all your meals at home and nothing was broken or in poor shape.
*Sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee was the highlight of our morning. The neighbors seemed to mingle on the shared green space --children who were strangers became instant friends and conversations between locals and visitors flowed freely.
*We enjoyed the spacious hot tub in the evenings and everything about it was perfect. 6 people can easily fit in the tub at one time.
*The teens in our group enjoyed the pickle ball courts and pools that were immaculate.
*My favorite part of the trip was to walk into a stylish house that felt as clean as my home (I didn't have to re-clean anything to get started), to not have to contact management about one thing and just purely relax on vacation. That's what a vacation home should be!
*We rented a boat and spent the day on Lake Chelan- a highlight of the group since tubing is something everyone enjoyed, young and old. The scenery is absolutely stunning. I didn't feel like a tourist when I came to this area, I felt like a local and staying in this house was a key part of that feeling.
*On the day of checkout, we thought our reservation was one day longer. It was truly our mistake when I checked the paperwork. The cleaning ladies came at 1100 to clean the house and were very professional about breaking the news that it was time for us to depart and new guests were coming in 5 hours. They waited patiently for us to pack our things over the next hour - it was a bit awkward for us as we scrambled to leave, but they were very understanding & kind. We left with a smile on our face and many good memories.We would chose this hous

Unfortunately we had to pack up and head out only a day and a half into our four day stay. We love the Relax Inn but were disappointed by the lack of guests following Covid rules (no masks or distancing on buggy to and down by the beach). I felt badly for the workers. Also when fires popped up outside of town and scary smoke and ash engulfed the Lookout we asked staff for advice on getting local news for updates but mostly got shrugs. I understand they may be used to it but there really should be some communication plans to make guests feel safe. Our phones kept buzzing with emergency evacuation orders nearby but we had no idea how close or far those places were! We ended up packing up and heading home. It was very disappointing.

This house is very well layed out. We spent a lot of time on the back patio. This house is perfect bc it has the grassy area and is easy walking distance to both pools. We would highly recommended this place to anyone.

We had a lovely time. The house and location were beautiful :) we had some uncertainty about playing music to the sound bar/speaker, perhaps a bit of instruction on that could be helpful. We would definitely come back!

Short 2 night stay for a golf trip. House is very new, the furnishings are of a high quality and the beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was great to relax in!

Wonderful place to stay and had a great time. Hot tub was a nice addition. Only wished there was a larger patio and area for dining outside (not enough seats for the 9 the house slept.)

We even got to watch the fireworks in Chelan from the comfort of a front porch! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

My friends and I had Such a wonderful time staying in this home. We loved all the amenities and The furnishings were very comfortable my only issue was with the media room the bunkbeds are very close to the wall not really conducive to adults sleeping in them. Will definitely stay here again
