Great place for the whole family
Reviewed on 2024-08-27 by , Everett, WA United StatesHouse was great. Fit 11 of us no problem. Game/movie room is very cozy. Hot tub is in great shape. The amenities of the whole neighborhood are amazing. Pool is very close by, and shuttles are driving by alll day if you want a ride to the water.

This was a great house to stay in. It worked well for my family and fit all of our needs. The location of the house is great-very close to the vineyard pool and pick up stop for the shuttle to the lake. The only thing we felt it was lacking was blinds in the primary bedroom on the main floor. It has sheer curtains on the windows which made it hard to sleep when the sun came up.

The morning sun is intense. Otherwise a very nice home, had a great time with the family! Location to shuttle for lakefront was great as well as location to pool.
Perfect Weekend

There was no shortage of fun things to do. We ended up staying at the house more than planned taking advantage of the awesome patio, outdoor fireplace, grill, and hot tub.
I’d highly recommend this house to those with a big group. Not a bad thing to say through our entire stay.

After seeing all the pictures of the house online, we were still blown away when we walked in. <br/>the combination of amenities at the house/property and proximity to the little downtown area were perfect. Lake Chelan Family Reunion

In fact, we didn’t get to enjoy all of them. Next time we will need to stay there 4 nights ��. The only thing we missed was a toaster oven. We were still able to heat/bake our bread but felt bad for wasting much energy turning on the whole oven. Also, I appreciate the informational text messages.

Welcome to Sunrays & Saturdays! Directly on the Lower Vineyard Park and steps from the Vineyard pool, this home is the perfect retreat from the busy days of life. Open the LaCantina doors off from the kitchen and enjoy a pour-over coffee in the morning sun on the spacious deck.
The main floor includes a master bedroom complete with an outdoor deck and en-suite bath. The full kitchen includes all the items needed to make a feast for the whole family (including InstantPot, a stand mixer, and a separate beverage chiller). Seating for 12 at the expanded dining table and kitchen bar area makes for a flexible eating situation. A comfy living area with a fireplace and TV provides the perfect relaxing space out of the sun to wind down the evening. A picnic table on the front porch makes for a wonderful covered lunch opportunity. Rocking chairs on the front porch provide a respite to watch the kids play on the Vineyard Park, and the back deck includes a Weber BBQ, soft seating, and a fire table.
The upper level of the house provides another master bedroom option with an eastern-facing deck and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed faces the park and a bunk room with built-in bunk beds (twin over full & twin over twin) round out the dedicated bedrooms. A flexible room with a desk and futon can function as a remote office or a quiet reading space. A shared hall bathroom with a bathtub and full-sized stacking washer/dryer completes the layout.
The downstairs of the house includes a ping pong table in the 1 car garage and a game room/theater. The theater room includes a large-screen TV with a gaming system, a foosball table, and games galore! Open the garage door and walk out to the spa and the custom-sheltered firepit for evening smores and stories under the stars.
The house is also equipped to handle your littlest guests—pack-n-play, baby monitor, high chair, bathroom stool, sippy cups/plates, pool floats, and bath toys.
