Clean, new, everything we could possibly need for a long weekend with family (pack n play, booster seat, everything to cook with, floaties, toys, they missed nothing!). Such a great location to both pools with a ton of activities right in the neighborhood. Can't rave enough about the experience.

Great Long Weekend

The only minor issue was a couple loose pavers in the back stairs. The location is great with a very short walk to the pool and also a swing set 1 house down.

The washing machine at our house was not working and couldn't be repaired while we were there. As a result our laundry was done for us whenever we needed it. The grounds were well maintained and everything was accessible and convenient. Only complaint was that at times the beach area was buggy.

This beautifully decorated home is located at the top of The Lookout making it conveniently positioned for easy access to the best Lookout amenities. Step across the street to play bocce ball or to enjoy the community pool and central park which features a children’s playground, pickle-ball court, open playfield, large outdoor stone fireplace, and community grill. Walk or catch the shuttle to access the basketball court, private beach cove, and marina.
The main level features an open floor concept with 3 sets of French doors that open up to the large covered front porch where you can sit back and relax on the Adirondack chairs. The living room boasts ample seating and a 50” 4K TV, with a Blu-Ray/DVD player and Roku Streambar to stream your favorite music or movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make memorable meals. The large dining room table can seat up to 8 plus 3 more on the kitchen island. Retire to the luxuriously appointed master suite which features a 43” 4K Roku Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. Just off the hallway, a half bathroom and laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer complete the main floor.
The second floor hosts a full-size bathroom and 2 cheerful guest bedrooms with new Casper queen mattresses and bedside USB charging. This level also offers a bonus/media room with a 50” LCD TV, Xbox One, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and a pullout sleeper daybed. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided that can handle a full family of devices. The house is also stocked with board games, legos, puzzles, DVDs, and books to stay entertained during non-beach/lake times. For safety and convenience for our younger guests, there are child step stools, a booster chair, and a pack & play.
Out back, the paved backyard patio is the perfect area for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, an afternoon cookout on the grill, and an evening around the gas fire pit enjoying your favorite glass of wine or making s'mores. Need to work remotely? The garage contains a small office nook with an ergonomic chair and a motorized height-adjustable desk. The garage also contains a foosball table, outdoor yard games, and inflatables for the pool.
