The entire house was clean and well equipped and maintained. We all had a great time. Only complaint was that there was no recycling container in the house.

Super easy, super straightforward. Well kept house designed for rentals. Decks are the best feature of the house. Vibe is super peaceful but not in a sleepy way. This was our 3rd time to the Lookout and this was our favorite house! The peonies were blooming and smelled luscious.

The wifi wasn't working when we arrived Friday night so the Lookout staff came, tried a few things and got it working Saturday afternoon. They were super nice, but since Netflix on the tv runs off the wifi it made Friday night game night (which there was a lot stocked thankfully)

Two negatives - kitchen here is sparse with essentials so bring sugar packets, coffee pods (Keurig), salt, spices, oils. The two layout in the sun chair beds were broken, but we ended up going down to the lake instead.

Amenities of the resort are Disney picture perfect and everyone is similarly super nice! Definitely the place to stay in Chelan!

We loved our time staying at Walking on Sunshine. The hot tub was great and had the best view! It was wonderful having a covered hot tub, too rather than just in the yard staring at another house. The unit had lots of towels and a well stocked kitchen. The beds are all comfy and had plenty of extra blankets/pillows. This unit has a lot of stairs so beware you'll be climbing up and down. The primary bedroom is huge. We loved the location and privacy backing to the vineyard and lake view. The unit has 2 amazing decks. Tip - back in to the parking spots. Not a lot of room to turn around. Can't wait to visit again!

This home was beautiful for a girlfriend’s 50th birthday retreat. It was cozy and clean. The only negative was there was not enough parking for the number of guests it was supposed to accommodate. We were told we could park about a mile away in their guest parking lot and catch a “shuttle” which they gave us the phone number to, to return to our rental. This worked beautifully our first day, but on the second day, when we tried to park and request a shuttle, we were told “I’m sorry, we don’t offer a shuttle from the parking lot to your rental. You will need to have another guest bring you up or walk.” When I requested to speak with the manager on duty, she informed me that there are no shuttles that do this type of transport. When I let her know that two parties were shuttled up from the lot the previous day, she said, “Oh that must have been someone on a break because we do not offer shuttle service from the lot.” This is completely contradictory to what we were told when we checked in, so either there was confusion, or the whole process changed overnight. I would suggest management firm up this process and make it more friendly for guests staying where there is limited parking.

Our one frustration was not being able to get ahold of the management after we checked in. They are only available from 9-5! No one at night!

One family slept upstairs in the large master bedroom, and the travel crib with black-out tent was tucked far enough away from the bed that we didn't bother each other while we slept. The second family slept in the basement, each in their own bedroom. The house had everything we needed, and the view from the deck was incredible. We'll definitely be back!

We had three families rent this home and it was the perfect place for us. Great layout, great views, close to the new cottage pool. I do wish it had a driveway but it’s at the end of a road so the kids could ride their scooters pretty easily.

My family had a reunion this in Outlook cottage Walking on Sunshine year and it was truly amazing time. We all loved big and comfortable house we stayed in. It was clean, we had all the kitchen supplies we needed. No complains. We also enjoyed a pool and fun things for kids. It was our second year and we already make plans for next year.

My friends and I were there celebrating our friends 50th. We had an incredible time. The home was pristine and ideal for the 8 of us. Perfect location with beautiful views. Close to Chelan and several wineries.

The place was very nice and quality built. My biggest disapointment was no window coverings in the master suite where there are the most windows in the house and there was no cable tv. So you wanted to watch a football game (like we did), we couldn't.

We had a wonderful visit and stay at the Lookout. This home was beautiful, well stocked, spacious, very clean, and has great views of Lake Chelan. It's just as pictured. The shuttle service down to the beach and pool were easy to arrange and quick to arrive. We hope to return soon!
