This house couldn't have been any better for my group of seven. It was easily walkable to anywhere on the Lookout. The Lookout staff sent adequate info via text and email regarding places in town to visit, how to check in/out, any anything else we needed so I never felt in the dark about anything. They even called to check on us halfway through our stay in case there was anything we needed. The house was clean and well-stocked. I would 100% stay at Wine Down again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our multi-family vacation. It was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable beds. The attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

We had our two daughters and their families join us and the house ws very accomodating. /the bunk beds for the teenagers in the basement is a good place for them. My wife and I were on the top level and never heard the kids.

This was the perfect house for our big group of 3 families to stay in. Lots of room options and everything was so clean. By far the cleanest rental house I have ever stayed in. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of pans and utensils! Such a great stay. We will definitely come back. The room I slept in got very warm and with the thermostat unable to go below 70 degrees I didn't get the best sleep but I heard all other rooms stayed very cool!

Mara, with the front office, was very helpful with any questions I had prior to our arrival. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink, but after a call to the office, Larry with maintenance, arrived and quickly fixed the problem.
All 10 of us ladies agreed that we would stay here again.

We had our first church leadership retreat to plan ahead for our church activities for the next calendar year. It was an enjoyable and eventful time for all the leaders and their families.

Oven did not work, issues with dishwasher. Nice place, but for what we paid I would expect working appliances. This was known before we booked per maintenance.

The wine down is a great house to stay n for large families. You can’t hear anything from downstairs and barely anything from upstairs while on main floor. Super good for me with teenagers we put all the boys downstairs and didn’t hear a thing at night. Beds super comfortable great place overall. The only thing that was missing was in the kitchen. The house hosts up to 16 people yet the pots, baking dishes and mixing/serving bowls are so small so I found myself using twice as much dishes and cooking things twice or three times. Also no potatoes masher and the cheese grater belongs in a doll house. I will definitely bring some of my own kitchen stuff next time but overall this house is great and on a corner lot so not so close to other houses.

The location was perfect. It is steps away from the Hilltop Park where there was live music and movie night. The view there is beautiful. It is also close to the vineyard pool and all of the wineries.

The only downside was the wifi in the house was very spotty and weak. The wifi was completely out on our last day. The TV had trouble connecting to the internet. We had to buy a comcast to watch a movie. We also had trouble connecting to the audio system.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

A group of friends and I booked the Wine Down for a long weekend. It was perfect for the mix of singles and couples we had. We loved the deck and kitchen space which made it easy to gather. Unfortunately the lower level bathroom sink was out of commission which we had to discover for ourselves. When we contacted the office, the in turn told us they were waiting on a part to fix. I wish they had let us know in advance or perhaps offered a discount of some kind as for the expense we expected a top notch stay. That said the facilities are lovely, the shuttle to/from the beach was a super nice touch. Great place to stay for big groups and families expect a loud stay on a holiday weekend as they houses are very close together.

So it’s really hard when you have kids and teenagers at the night who wants to relax and entertain themselves with the TV and their phones if Internet is not working. Also, they have a lot construction going on so they start working at 7:00 am on weekdays so you can’t really relax. I paid $3200 for three days and two nights, so I was really hoping to relax. But that was not the case. The home is beautiful and maybe it will be better once they’re all done with the construction. But I don’t know if I will stay there again anytime soon.

The house in particular has everything you need for a family vacation. Wish the garage was converted into a game area/hangout space like some of the other homes but maybe that’s coming soon (garage was completely empty).

Great space with plenty of room for our family of 7. Loved that the hot tub was ready and that we had access to a grill and fire pit. We had only a few very small complaints: 1) trash can in kitchen was very tiny and needed to be taken out daily, 2) no recycling bin in kitchen 3) door on the upstairs master bathroom doesn't quite close.

The home is practically brand new with quality furniture and is fully packed with just about everything you'll need for your vacation. Although, in our case, we happened to run out of garbage bags due to there being 6 kids which generate tons of trash but we were able to manage. It's so new that there was still construction going on for other homes across the street but it didn't really bother us. The EV charger is great and the wifi was fast although it did require a rebooting of the router which could only be done by flipping the breaker since it seemed to be locked away in a closet. Despite the minor hiccups, it was overall it was a great stay.
