Welcome to Ya Shore You Betcha! Experience the peace and fun of a Lake Chelan getaway. Our family built this home in 2022 to enjoy this incredible lake and community. We hope you can relax and have a wonderful time in our home! We are in the center of the Vineyard district, just a block from the pool and a block from the wedding cabana area!

With all-around views of the mountains, you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise and enjoy the evening with a beautiful sunset. You’ll enjoy spending time on the front deck preparing for your adventures. Right off the kitchen, the back deck has space heaters, perfect for morning coffee and evening wind-down time. And the hot tub downstairs is always clean and ready for use!

The main floor includes a master bedroom complete with an en-suite bath. The full kitchen includes the items needed to make a feast for the whole family (including a crockpot, coffee maker & grinder, and a separate beverage chiller). Seating twelve at the dining table and kitchen bar makes for a flexible meal. A comfortable living area with a fireplace and TV provides the perfect relaxing space out of the sun to wind down the evening. A picnic table and grill on the back deck make for a wonderful, covered lunch opportunity where you can see the nearby kids' playground. Chairs on the wrap-around porch provide a relaxing place and a fire table to sit next to with your favorite beverage.

The upper level of the house provides multiple bedrooms for a flexible setup. A master bedroom option with some views of the lake and an en-suite bathroom. The upper level also has a second bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a queen-over-queen set. A shared bathroom with a bathtub and a full-sized stacking washer/dryer is in the hallway. The nook upstairs is a quiet place to read, play Xbox or work remotely.

The downstairs of the house includes a queen size Murphy bed next to a Skee ball game and a couch in front of an Xbox and large TV. The one-car garage includes a 48Amp Tesla charger to ensure you get recharged quickly! Outside is our large Jacuzzi hot tub comfortably fits 6-7 people; and has privacy fencing for a relaxing evening! The large patio area allows multiple cars to park next to the driveway.
The house also has a highchair, kids' bathroom stools, sand toys, razor scooters (bring your helmets), games, puzzles, and dog bowls, and it is dog friendly. NO cats.

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Don't hesitate to contact Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.
