Epic Labor Day Weekend

Fully stocked with all appliances, clean, modern and perfect place to stay. View was epic, proximity to town was perfect, and the pool was the best feature of this house. Can't wait to book again!

There wasn’t enough seating on the pool deck and the dinning room chairs are plastic. For the price per night I would expect a bit of luxury experience.

The pool I was used from early morning till bedtime. The only problem is the cost and we looked into next year and it went up another $3,000 for 4 nights so just too expensive to rent again.

A TV is located outside for viewing while lounging, playing your favorite sports while floating in the pool. We hope to see you again with your family for future stays. - The Lookout

Incredible Home with a Spectacular View

It was warm enough and close enough that we didn’t have to pack up and ensure sitting in the cold weather by one of the other pools. Although I will say, the one thing this house is missing is a hot tub.

We were lucky enough to book it just as it became available to rent - and it did not disappoint! There is plenty of parking in the gravel lot out front and unloading was easy with no stairs to reach the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes - make sure to bring Kcups as there is a Keurig machine rather than a coffee maker. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and simple. The living/dining area upstairs had creative and colorful decor - everything is super nice but still comfortable and liveable. The kitchen/dining room has huge doors that open to the infinity pool below and lake in the distance. You cannot beat the view! We noticed if we had the doors open the bugs would get inside. It’s probably unavoidable but we tried to limit the time the doors were open because of the bugs and to keep the home cool. The downstairs living space also has a modern garage door that opens up to the pool... there is a bistro table/chairs, a bathroom right there and plenty of shade. The private pool was super impressive and convenient. We have two kiddos that played in it for several hours a day. It’s stocked with floaties and pool toys. The home is close to one of the resort pools but we barely went there. We barely left this amazing house! Why would we?? It was just a short walk to the lake trail so we did that for a few hours one day. It’s convenient grabbing a lift from the golf carts that frequently make the rounds taking people up and down the hill. We would definitely come back here... but assume it will book up fast. What a treat!

Main Floor
As you walk into our entry, you will find lake views everywhere. Our great room is your first view stop, as you look past the lake you will find our 65” TV with Sonos center bar and speakers, our internet is connected to You-Tube TV (not channel) you will find sports, and lots of other channels to watch.
Continuing to the kitchen, you will find a 12’ island with 6 barstools and adjacent dining space with seating for 10. You will find a large pantry in the kitchen, followed by a large laundry/mudroom with our keyless entry. Close by is our favorite space, the morning room—coffee in the morning and wine at night with delightful dancing tiles. Views are everywhere in this fun space. Moving along, you will find a powder room followed by a master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Beautiful caramel-colored Hardwood floors move throughout this floor that is complemented by white shiplap. We have two sets of sliding doors moving out to an exterior dining table for 8 and seating surrounding a fire table to enjoy the late-night views. Stairs take you down to a BBQ and private pool. This floor has a USB outlet, 1 in the morning room, 1 on the left end of the island under the counter, and 2 at the master bed nightstands.
Upstairs
As you walk up the caramel wood stairs, the first bedroom is a king bed with an en-suite bath. Next, you will walk into a queen bed bedroom. This bed has an adjustable mattress for those in need of sleeping elevated. Across the hall s a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks with storage, USB outlets at each bed with bunk light. Furthest down the hall, you will find another queen bed bedroom. There is a fun light blue-tiled bathroom with a bathtub and a beach vibe to be shared. This upstairs offers views from almost every room and incredible vaulted ceilings along with USB outlets at each nightstand,
Basement
The basement stairs are right behind the kitchen, heading down to the polished concrete floor. Here you will find a 70” Samsung TV also using You-Tube TV. A large sectional to watch TV, a game table. Next to this room is a storage room for extra toys, a bathroom with a shower, and a pull-up garage door to enjoy the outdoor spaces.
Backyard
Once outside, you will find a turquoise private pool with an infinity edge, mesmerizing water sound, lounge chairs, and other seating areas. A TV is located outside for viewing while lounging, or playing your favorite sports while floating in the pool.
The private pool is open from mid-April through Mid-October
There’s also a BBQ at this location, a corn hole, Jenga, a pool basketball, connect four, and water toys. Feel free to bring your favorite floaties for that great photo.
Upon using these spaces, please observe our pool signs. Safety is essential at all times in this fenced backyard. Please keep gates closed at all times. The pool is shallow, NO Diving OR Jumping. The east end has a swim ledge for lounging, very shallow. Enjoy the west end for floating. Please, no glass or food inside or around the pool. Please help us maintain a clean and sanitary pool by using the bathroom and showering before entering the pool. Always swim with a buddy, children, no matter what age, need 100% supervision.
Take time to relax and unwind, enjoy the dark skies at night and count the satellite. Unplug your devices and live in the moment, play childhood games with your friends and family...... memories are waiting for you.
