Please “Be Our Guest” and relax in this contemporary modern pool cottage. Overlooking the Vineyard District pool, you’ll find yourself just steps away from the pool, kids spray zone, and 20-person hot tub. The pool is heated and covered at night in the winter, allowing for year-round water activities right outside your door.

The back porch and yard area is ideal for watching the action at the pool, grilling on the BBQ, or simply roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.

Inside, the comfortable, bright, modern furnishings create a luxurious environment for your relaxation. On the main level you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with a bar-height table that seats 6 and a small standard-height table that seats 3. The large window seat provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy a book. Our internet-enabled 55” smart TV with Sonos Bluetooth speakers allow you to enjoy your personal Netflix, Prime and other personal accounts or listen to music.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide an airy, open feeling with peak-a-boo views of the lake and mountains. Both rooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms and internet enabled smart TVs. A folding table and chair is provided for those who additionally need a workspace during their visit.

While staying at Be Our Guest, enjoy the many resort-like amenities at The Lookout, including a second outdoor pool in the summer, community grills, a community fire pit, walking trails, an expansive park, pickleball & bocce courts, and a playground. The Lookout’s private beach cove on the shore of Lake Chelan includes kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals in the summer, and a 70-slip marina.

This cottage is perfect for one or two couples, families with small children or just friends celebrating.

This 1100 square foot home sleeps 6 people.

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact the Lookout Cottage Rentals at with any questions or concerns.

We love the Lookout and were very pleased with the cleanliness and setup at “Be Our Guest.” Nice beds in both rooms with full baths and tvs. Home was stocked with plenty of towels, garbage bags, items for our stay without having to ask for a restock. The location is awesome overlooking the lower pool. The shuttle runs all day and we never waited for more than 5 minutes. Friendly customer service from shuttle drivers and fun organized activities for families (glow party, slip n slide, movie at pool). Thanks for a great stay! We’ll be back!

Vacation rental was cute and comfortable. The location was great- right by the pool and hot tub! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean- but the downstairs did have cobwebs on some furniture so we avoided that. Lots of towels and bedding available and games and puzzles. Overall I would stay again

Our family of 4 loved this home! The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and tools to fit any families needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic size. The location right by the pool was The Best! Plus the fire pit to make s’mores was perfect. We will definitely vacation here again.

We stayed in Be Our Guest with our 15 year old and 9 year old for 4 nights. It was perfect for us. My kids loved being so close to the pool and the 4 wheel drive shuttle down to the beach was awesome. We rented Jet Skis there and it was really fun. We would love to come back.

We traveled to Lake Chelan with friends and reserved two cottages near each other with easy access to the pool. Be Our Guest was super clean and we were so very impressed! It was clear that care was given to making sure our stay was comfortable.

We had the best time at this vacation rental. The home is very well stocked and furnished. Being right by the pool was fantastic for our kids. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, and the size worked great for us. They were also very responsive and brought us a high chair on request. My only issue was that there is no way to blackout the windows for the baby to have good sleep. We had to be very creative to ensure that the room was dark enough. Other than that, we loved it. Great location and property. Highly recommend.

This home is well suited for a family with small kids. I would recommend renting a larger unit if staying with teens or more than one couple as space is pretty limited in the common areas. We knew it was close to the pool, but underestimated how noisy it would be.

We had an excellent stay and experience at the Be Our Guest house at the Lookout. It was in spotless and super clean condition when we arrived and we had no issues throughout our stay. The house is well-equiped all around: the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook our own meals and stay-in; the bedrooms and bathrooms were super comfortable and clean; and the entertainment system with TVs and Sonos sound were perfect! The house is located just outside of the new lower pool, and that location was awesome for our kids who wanted to go swimming every day. The house is also just a short walk away from the top of the hill where the upper pool and pickle ball court is located. One day was super windy and the construction site across from the front of the house blew a ton of dirt onto the back porch of our house, but the Lookout crew did a great job of cleaning it all up the next day. We really enjoyed our stay and are already making plans to return later this summer!

We had a great time at this house. It was the second time we stayed at the Lookout, first time at Be Our Guest. We thought it might be a little small but it was great, plenty of room and the bedrooms are really large with private bathrooms. The Pool being just outside the back door is fantastic, we took advantage of it every morning first thing. We had the pool all to ourselves every morning.

Absolutely adorable home away from home. Choice modern homes with cute themes and very chic furnishings, great amenities, a lovely jaunt to the water with a quick shuttle back up. Only issue we had was our front door combination lock kept malfunctioning and we would have to make multiple tries. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other themed houses too.

Our group had the best stay at the Be Our Guest cottage. It exceeded expectations in all areas—It was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for 6 of us. We loved the outdoor seating area with the fire pit as well as the back patio. It was such a fun neighborhood to walk around with beautiful views and beautiful homes! What I didn’t realize when booking was how close this development was to town, so we walked to downtown Chelan two different times during our stay. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone, whether it be a group of friends or a family wanting to spend time in Chelan! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We felt like we where in Hawaii. Beautiful house with plenty of privacy even though you are directly next to the pool. Brand new and well furnished with great views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
One critique that we found was a funky odor that seemed to linger in the master bathroom (stinks).
