Cabernet Cottage

Enjoy your next family vacation, weekend for two, or girls’ getaway at Cabernet Cottage. This Lookout location is the perfect 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lake retreat. Cabernet Cottage is a short stroll to Lookout park, the community pool, hot tub, and the pickle-ball court.

Cabernet Cottage features hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances, lovely cabinetry and countertops, comfortable beds, and much more. The well-appointed kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room with comfortable furnishings and a fireplace, making this the perfect spot to entertain guests and enjoy time with family. Directly down the hall from the living area is a half bath for your convenience. The house comes complete with two flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and an Xbox entertainment system. This is accompanied by a selection of Xbox games, books, and a wide range of movies. The high-speed Internet offers a chance to stay connected and to stream your favorite movies and music.

Located on the main floor is the master bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, closet, and an en suite bathroom. Completing the main floor layout is a well-appointed mud room with a powder room and a full-size washer and dryer.

On the second level of Cabernet Cottage, you will find two spacious bedrooms each outfitted with luxurious queen beds, dressers, and closets. A full bathroom is conveniently located between both bedrooms. The media room just off the bedrooms includes a couch with a pull-out bed, perfect for young children.

For a larger group (10-12), or for more privacy, adding the Carriage House to your stay is the perfect option.

PETS are not allowed at Cabernet Cottage.

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact Guest Services with any questions or concerns.

Homes at the Lookout are always decorated lovely and are clean and well kept. However , there are a few suggestions to this home. First off, a larger garbage can would be helpful. For a home that fits such a large group, the small garbage can provided was not large enough. It had to be emptied multiple times per day and more garbage bags were needed. The glasses in the top right side near the coffee maker were extremely hard to reach. I had to get on the counter to reach them.They should be moved to be made more accessible. The blinds in the master bedroom are very difficult to operate or may be broken. We spent 30 minutes trying to get them down the first night. My last request would be if a guest calls the office for a request it should be made and not forgotten about. These homes are at a high price point, guest services should be on top of all guest requests. Also, I’m pretty certain the ladies at the coffee stand at the hilltop pool way overcharged my kids for an iced tea and ice cream bar. They may need a gentle reminder to be certain they’re giving the correct change back. Thank you!!

This rental greatly accommodate two families allowing our teenagers to have separate house by using Carriage. This was our fourth visit this year to Lookout and they did great job as always. Highly professional management and they responded to all our requests in timely manner. We will be back soon!

We had a good weekend at the Lookout VR Home we rented. We were doing a daughtr’s wedding at a Chelan winery so we weren’t there much except to sleep and eat breakfast but it was what we needed.
