The "Chelan Landing" main house and "Lookout Tower" cottage provides extra room for larger groups with breathtaking lake, mountain, and pool views and full or partial lake views in every room. Each level features outdoor gathering spaces – 2 wraparound porches, an upper level bedroom porch, and 4 lower level patios. It is across the street from the Hilltop pool/hot tub, Lakeside Coffee House, firepits, playground park, and pickleball/bocce ball courts. It sits between two pathways that step down to the marina, beach, basketball/pickleball courts, and walking trails.

Chelan Landing sits between the cottage and a pocket park, offering guests privacy. Its main level has a spacious open floor plan with abundant natural light, 360-degree views, and wraparound porch that expands the living space outdoors. Enjoy cocktails at the kitchen window pass-through bar, relax at the indoor/outdoor fireplace, watch the family swim at the Hilltop pool, or take in spectacular sunset lake views while grilling or dining alfresco–the wraparound porch embodies the Lookout experience. The king suite has a porch with a sectional sofa and bar seating area for entertaining or work-from-home. The queen bedroom has a desk, monitor, computer stand, and incredible work-from-home view. The bunkroom has sleeping spaces for kids and adults. The lower level has a media/family room with 2 queen sized sleeper sofas, partial lake views, a kitchenette/wet bar, and dining table for overflow guests, workspace, or games. It has 2 covered walkout patios with picnic tables/benches. It has a king suite with partial lake views, a small covered walkout patio, and large in-suite bathroom. The upper and lower level also have additional full bathrooms.

Lookout Tower's upper level great room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and seating area, a full kitchenette with sink, microwave, and minifridge/freezer, and a counter bar seating area for dining or work from home. With a vaulted ceiling, 32 windows and wraparound "fire lookout" porch, the great room is the property’s signature entertaining space with 360-degree views of the lake, pool, mountains, and surrounding community. Its main level has a gaming/media room with a powder room, sofa, ping pong table, dining table, and an assortment of wall games. Its lower level has a king suite with a desk, walkout patio, and full bathroom accessible from inside the bedroom or entry hallway.

The property features a modern gourmet kitchen with Bosch appliances and numerous dining areas. In the main house, guests can dine at the kitchen island, kitchen pass-through window bar, 3 indoor/outdoor dining tables, and picnic tables in the covered breezeway patio.
