Good Day Sunshine sleeps 13 across two levels and 2393 sq ft, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home is ideally located, steps away from the Hilltop pool and the lakefront shuttle stop and a short walk from the new Vineyard pool and Event park. Gigabit mesh Wi-Fi ensures all devices have the fastest Internet available, and expanded Cable means you won’t miss your favorite show or sports event. All bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with memory foam mattresses, black-out shades, and a 43” 4k Roku TV.

The driveway and two-car garage include plenty of parking and a Level 2 electric vehicle charger. The garage includes cornhole boards, a ping-pong table, and a 42” TV.

The front porch is the first of three decks at Good Day Sunshine, all with plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing views! Walk inside past the entryway storage bench and you will find two large Queen bedrooms that share a full-size bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.

The bunk room down the hall sleeps 5 with two built-in solid wood bunk beds (twin over twin; twin XL over Queen). Just outside the bunk room is a second full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub.

The media room next to the bunk room will keep everyone entertained with a 55” Roku TV, Xbox One, retro Nintendo and Super Nintendo, books/games/puzzles, and a pull out couch with a queen mattress.

Past the media room is a mud room with a utility sink and an extra-large washer and dryer.

Upstairs has an expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling to maximize the lake and mountain views. The living room has seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the fireplace or watch the 55” Roku TV. The well-stocked Chef’s kitchen has everything you need with upgraded appliances and all the bells and whistles you could want (including kids' place settings)! Coffee lovers rejoice with a 14-cup coffee maker, Keurig, grinder, and French press.

The dining room seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. Or watch the lake sparkle as you dine outside on the huge side deck: at the dining table that seats 8, the outside bar with 4 stools, or the sectional sofa.

Just off the living room is the master suite with a vaulted ceiling, king bed, en suite bathroom with shower, dual sinks, and walk-in closet.

Stay warm in the evening in front of a fire: on the side deck around the fire table or the side patio with a built-in fire pit. You can also ease into the hot tub to watch the sunset.

Dogs are welcome but they must be under 25 pounds, non-shedding, and crate trained.

The house was beautiful! Fully stocked with everything you will need. Best location, right by pool and pickleball courts. Only negative was the sheets weren't soft and pillows hard!

For many years we have annually brought our family for a summer vacation together at Lake Chelan. As our family has grown we've sought out larger accommodations, the last three years at The Lookout, including this summer, our first at Good Day Sunshine.The home is lovely, clean, and ideally located. We had a glorious four night stay and got great use of the covered patio off the open kitchen and living room given the lovely fire table. House is big! And well equipped. Loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit too. The location next to the upper pool and park is nice. Dogs loved their visit also.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The layout was great with three bedrooms (one being a bunk room) and living room downstairs, and a master and main living / kitchen upstairs. Amazing covered patio, beautiful view, near the pool (though this one is closed in winter), hot tub, and park. Home had all the amenities we could need. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thank you!

The house is lovely. My only feedback would be the pool key. One pool key for a resort with 2 pools in a house with 12 people does not add up. Why not do a key pad for the pools? The key card seems out of date and unnecessary.

This home is just a few steps away from the Hilltop pool, hot tub, kid's playground, and coffee shop. We only accommodate one key card for each guest due to many of the cards being misplaced. However, we can provide extra pool key cards if the guest requests for more. We hope to see you soon!

We stayed at the lookout for the last 4 years. This was our favorite house. Prime location next to the pool for the kids, and really close to the beach too. House had all the amenities you could want. We would stay here again!

Good Day Sunshine was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The home was well stocked and very comfortable for all. The location was perfect, with beautiful views. We really enjoyed being across from the pool. The deck space is amazing! Our two large vehicles fit nicely in the driveway. Overall it was a great experience at Good Day Sunshine. The upstairs living space and kitchen are bright and open. And the deck space is awesome. Great views throughout. Here are things that would have made it even better:
More K cups - we ran out with a couple days to spare
More napkins - ran out also
Snow was not cleared off of deck furniture, so we had to do ourselves
The hot tub lid was iffy, so I feel like heat escaped when not in use
Clorox wipes would have been nice to clean countertops
I know it's the nature of the beast, but construction noise at 7am was not fun. A new house is being built literally inches away, so we had company the entire visit

This is about my fifth time is staying at the Lookout and this was the biggest and best house we’ve stayed in so far! We had a couple of small issues but the staff quickly responded and overall it was an amazing two weeks!

This home is beautiful with a stunning view. It was so clean and included many extras. The kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of fun things to do like games, ping pong table, hot tub, and fire pit. We loved being so close to the pool.

We had a wonderful stay with our family and grandparents. The house is sparkling new, and equipped with everything- complete kitchen utensils, kid supplies (step stools, high chair, pack & play, books, games), pool towel. Seriously- nothing was overlooked. We had beautiful sunny, but cold weather - used the park and playground, the shared hot tub and our own private hot tub. We ventured down to the beach area - quite a climb and the water was really low. There is A LOT of construction - one house right behind, but generally this house is in an area that is mostly complete. We had a great stay and hope to come back in the summer. I can imagine summer will definitely be a busy and party-like atmosphere.

Good Day Sunshine is an outstanding rental!! Plenty of space for 8 adults and a few kids. Great layout. Fully furnished kitchen and plenty of space for group meals. The outdoor deck was fantastic. Our favorite place to just chill and relax. Perfect location for view, the pool, fire pits etc. Highly recommend this place. Would love to come back, again and again. ��

Stayed at the lookout for a small family reunion. House was well equipped with utensils, bikes, and other goodies. We had a small issue getting into the home with the instructions provided for the keyless entry. You must use the check symbol as opposed to a star symbol as was stated in the instructions. Not a huge issue we figured it out but would suggest updating for the future quests. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beautiful home. The view a proximity to the pool is great and off street parking was nice.

Had a great time staying at the rental house in February. Beautiful views, easy access to take the toddlers skiing at Echo Valley. House has many extra amenities geared toward families with children (2 pack & plays, 2 booster seats, toys, games, books, multiple baby gates, etc.) Easy to just show up and enjoy your vacation with the whole family!
