Happy Hours!

Wishing you Happy Hours at Lake Chelan! Our 2-story, 3-bedroom home is just across the street from the trail to the lake and connects to the walkway to the pool and Lookout Park.

Walk in the door and be cheered by the tall vaulted ceilings and a large open-concept great room that greets you in our reverse living floor plan upstairs. There is also a master bedroom and bathroom on the upper level along with a powder room. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances and offers a sunny space to prepare meals. Sit at the island bar or the 8-10 seat dining table and enjoy the breathtaking views that surround you. The living room has a beautiful sofa and chairs to comfortably view the 65" LED 4K Smart TV. A universal remote makes media viewing a breeze or click for Sonos and listen to your favorite music. When the sun is out (nearly every day!), enjoy two decks that capture down the lake and uplake views. A patio dining set and barbeque make outdoor dining seamless. A plush queen bed welcomes you in the master suite along with a huge closet. Enjoy a spacious double vanity in the bathroom along with a walk-in shower.

Downstairs you'll find a light and bright second master bedroom also with its own queen bed. There is a 55" Smart TV and lots of storage in the closet. The bathroom has a built-in vanity and walk-in shower. Built-in bunks are featured in the third bedroom which is a favorite of kids and adults alike. Twin over twin and twin over queen bunks include individual lighting and built-in storage. A hallway bathroom includes a bathtub shower and pedestal sink. Tucked in the hall closet is a full-sized stacking washer and dryer. The media room can be found on the lower level featuring another 55" LED 4K Smart TV. This one has a blue ray/X-Box One set up, so bring your games and movies! A full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa adds another sleeping option and two chairs round out the seating. A puzzle table is set up for games and puzzles.

There is a single-car attached garage for your use. What a great place to store your coolers and extra gear.

Dogs are allowed at Happy Hours! Maximum of 2 dogs, 50 pounds or less, crate sleeper, potty trained. NO Puppies

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact Lookout Cottage Rentals at with any questions or concerns.

This house is in a great location in the community. Overall the house was clean. The main shower had mold in the calking. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink, and paint peeling on the deck. Overall, this was a great spot. It just needs a little work.

Happy Hours house was great! The open layout plan on the top floor allowed everyone to spend quality time together with room to spare. The location of the house was perfect, just a short walk down the hill to the waterfront with a large dock, shallow areas for kids and opportunity to rent a paddle board, ski boat or jet ski.

Overall this was our first vacation rental experience with Chelan Lookout rentals and truly exceeded our expectations, and are already making plans for a yearly return! We stayed at the “Happy Hour” home and loved how it was very clean, well supplied for our daily needs and how it was conveniently located with easy access to all wineries, restaurants and shops in the area. This home was beautiful and had all the comforts of “Home”! We wished we could of extended our stay, but it was booked up through the middle of September. Will be booking way in advance for next year!!

All was great but couldn't get the cable to work and the Seahawks were playing so a bit disappointed. Appreciated the efforts of valet service staff and security staff trying to get it to work. Loved the location of the home it was right next to pool and pick up location for waterfront. House was spacious and clean. Appreciated being able to have our furbaby with us. The office was responsive to our requests for extra items such as dishwasher tablets. Thanks for a great week!

Happy Hours was very accommodating for our two families with kids. The living/dining/kitchen is a great, large open space visit in. The bedrooms are also large. The bunk room was very fun for our kids. There is some pretty view off the decks and out some windows and it’s great how the house is right next to the trail to the playground and lake. There is even a firepit and some heat lamps on the front porch that weren’t listed and were a great bonus!

We stayed in this house with one other family. We had an amazing family vacation here. The house was clean, had all the supplies you may need and was a short walk to the pool. It also was located right across the sidewalk from the valet cart that will take you down to the beach area for free! This was a huge plus especially with two toddlers. The decks were perfect for hanging out and one even had a baby gate to keep the toddlers contained which was great. The downstairs area was a perfect place for the kids to hang out and play. The only improvement I can think of is the barbecue was a bit dirty and there were no grill brushes to clean it. I would also make sure future guests have a kitchen scrub brush or sponge so they don’t have to go through a bunch of dish rags. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying at Happy Hours # 26 in July 2018. The house is a great location with views of the lake, close to the pool/hot tub and the driveway to the lake front. The only negative being so close to the road is the noise from the shuttles, which are very loud, constantly running up and down the hill. We liked having two decks, so we could rotate between them for shade.

This home just couldn't be more beautiful or comfortable! We had six adults and three children in our party and we had plenty of room and space. The two decks were lovely and I so enjoyed having my devotions on the lakeside deck each day. The location is so convenient to the lake itself and has a lovely view. Many happy memories were made at Happy Hours... This was our third time at The Lookout and this is our favorite home yet!

This is our second time staying at Happy Hours and once again, The Lookout did not disappoint! It's a perfect house to share with one other family - our kids always love sharing the bunk room together. The house is exactly as the pictures show and is very well taken care of. Check-In was easy and staff was friendly all weekend long. We're definitely hoping to come back again next year.

Hi, this was our third home we have rented and loved it. We have always had great experiences and loved the homes. This year our only issue was we had stayed in #16 July 28th to Aug 4th. We moved into this house, #26 with our extended family on the 4th. I had asked a few weeks before if we could have a later check out and they had told me that wouldn't be an issue as no one was checking in to #16 for a few days after we vacated. Then the day before on the 3rd my husband Scott asked the office by the pool if that was still ok and she said no, we needed to be out by 11am due to people checking in that day. I was confused, as online it still showed no one checking in for 3 days. That morning, on the 4th I went and asked again and she said, "I already told your husband no yesterday when he asked and that people are checking in today so you need to be out by 11." I said ok and we were out by 11 which was tricky with our dog but we worked it out. We were able to check in to #26 at 5pm. We had requested early check in but that was not possible. We went to the lake everyday while in the new home, #26 and no one checked in to #16 until that Wednesday as shown on the online calendar which was very frustrating. I don't understand why we were not allowed a late check out or lied to about people checking in to #16 on the 4th. We even said we would pay additional for a late check out and the answer was still no. Everything else was awesome and always has been, and very clean. Just wish she could have helped us with our moving from one home to another situation.

It was good overall . I thought that main floor master bedroom means on first floor , however main master bedroom was upstairs and it was hard for my mother . We had to use the ramp to go upstairs and it was very hard , I wish description was more clear .

We had a great time at the Happy Hours! We stayed 12 days and worked remote from the Lookout. Plenty of space for all with a well stocked kitchen, great location to the marina shuttle and pools. Organized home that is clearly labeled where to find things and recommendations for the area.

There are stairs leading to the kitchen and living areas that could be a challenge if anyone has mobility issues.

Home in great condition. Bathrooms and kitchen clean. Kitchen well stocked. Great to have both decks. Decent water view. Top floor can get hot in the afternoon even with A/C. Bottom floor can get cold at night. Bottom floor bedroom linens had some hair on pillow and sheets upon arrival/question cleanliness.

We had a great week away at The Lookout! Happy Hours was a wonderful escape. We loved the two decks and the overall layout of the house. Our 4 and 2 year olds loved sharing the bunk room and playing in the tv/media room. The house is also in a great location; easy, short walk (less than 1/2 block) to both the pool and shuttle down to the lake. Our only issue was the internet/tv situation. The internet was really slow - hard to stream anything, with lots and lots of buffering (which is not great when you're trying to distract two toddlers with a cartoon!). As for the tv, while there were detailed instructions it was complicated and hard to work.

The home was lovely, very clean and organized, and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable, had parking for one full size pick up truck. We loved the convenience of stepping out the door and catching a ride down to the marina where our boat was moored. It was also great to have our Frenchie stay with us!
