Conveniently located across from a playground and within walking distance of a heated Olympic-sized pool, pickleball courts, and a waterfront event park, Managed Chaos ensures that adventure is always close by. Plus, with downtown Chelan just a short stroll away, you’ll have easy access to local wineries, shopping, dining, and activities.

This spacious 3,300-square-foot home, completed in 2024, comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The outdoor living area boasts over 800 square feet of deck space, including a stunning wraparound porch, cozy firepit and upper-level decks with stunning views—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while the kids play.

Inside, the open-concept main floor is bright, airy, and designed with family gatherings in mind. The large living room features a comfy Lovesac sectional, a 65" TV, and a top-notch Sony sound system—perfect for movie nights or board game marathons with the whole crew. And when it’s time to eat, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with high-end KitchenAid appliances, a wine fridge, and everything you need to whip up anything from quick snacks to gourmet dinners. There’s even a Blackstone grill outside for those who love to cook in the fresh air and BBQ.

Each of the five bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind. Three rooms feature queen-size Casper Select hybrid mattresses and 55" TVs, while the master suite offers a king-size bed, a private deck, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and waterfall shower—perfect for a little "me time." The bunk room, with its playful space-themed nightlights and cozy XL bunks, is sure to be a hit with the kids.

When it comes to entertainment, Managed Chaos has you covered. The fully loaded game room includes a 75" TV, an indoor basketball hoop, air hockey, wall scrabble, and giant bean bags for lounging. And for movie nights, the media room is equipped with blackout blinds, a comfy deep Lovesac sectional, and another 75" TV—creating the ultimate cozy setup.

To make life easier, the house includes dual washers and dryers, so you can stay on top of laundry even with a full house. If you need to squeeze in some work, there’s a home office with two standing desks each equipped with a large, curved monitor, all backed by gigabit fiber internet and Wi-Fi 6E mesh for blazing-fast connectivity.
