Ready or Knot was designed to create fun Chelan memories and makes for a great family getaway or couple’s retreat. This home is centrally directly off of the Lookout's Central Park. Just take a short stroll to both pools, park, sports court or lake to make memories that last. A well-appointed deck with relaxing lake and mountain views allow you to sit back, roast marshmallows and take in the Chelan breeze with a large lot that allows for privacy. A fully fenced backyard makes it easy to keep the kiddos or pooches nearby as you enjoy the deck.

This cozy retreat features vaulted ceilings with a modern lake house getaway design. Cozy up in the bright and airy 918 sq ft of living which includes a master bedroom featuring a queen-sized luxury pillowtop mattress and fully appointed kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including additional amenities for pups. The upstairs loft is a 306 sq/ft space newly designed to feel like you are glamping! The loft is accessed by ship ladder (see pics). Equipped with two twin beds and a memory foam futon, this area sleeps 3 comfortably with room to play plus is equipped with dual TVs featuring a variety of movies, XBOX one and games. Finally, a temperature controlled, fully furnished garage dubbed the "Canoe Club" will be your favorite game room with lake views, game table, couches to watch movies, Xbox one, ping pong table, air hockey, games, books, snow sleds, 2 kids scooters, pool floaties, and dartboard. Amenities for little ones are on hand too with a baby gate, portable highchair, plastic dishware and toys.

Smart TV’s are located in the living room, game room and the loft plus hundreds of movies are on hand for a movie night in. A well-equipped kitchen and an outside BBQ makes your favorite meals easy to prepare. Four barstools are located at the kitchen counter, our entertainment console converts into a dining nook and seating for 6+ is available on the deck for quick and easy meals. Need to distance learn or work from Chelan? No problem, we have ample WIFI that reaches the whole house, game room and deck. You'll find great spaces to work in the game room, console table.
On the spacious outdoor deck you’ll enjoy spectacular lake views, patio table, outdoor sectional, fire table, light up umbrella, and BBQ waiting for a night under the stars. You won’t soon forget the gorgeous lake views and brightly colored sunsets as you lounge deck side. Guests can also enjoy the exclusive seating area at the top of the yard with a full up lake vista and comfortable lounging in 4 Adirondack chairs, while soaking up the sunset view.

Bring the pup! Our home is pet-friendly featuring food bowls, doggie bed, toys, treats and fenced back yard.

Cute house but not for us-steep stairs leading to main floor. Deck was was great.The bed is super small and not much room to get around, and we are a small couple. If we had young kids I would worry about them in the loft-super steep ladder. The game room is a great idea for kids. The location is good. One time my husband had to try multiple times to unlock the door, so I called the number provided and no one answered.
Luckily the door finally opened. The chairs at the top of the property are a nice touch. We didn’t use the pools because it was cold Rainy but they looked very nice. The general area is very nicely maintained.

The house was great and as described. It is centrally located within the community itself, which made it easy to experience all that the community has to offer. The house was clean, well-appointed, and stocked with everything we needed. There were a few blinds that were broken and would not close, and the patio and patio furniture needs some attention (e.g., paint worn off on the deck, one of the dining chairs was broken and wobbly), but these are very minor critiques and did not detract from the stay. I wish the upstairs loft was more accessible, as the space is great once you are up there, but the steep ladder is not for the faint of heart. The garage game room was a fantastic perk and a place were we spent a lot of time.

We had two adults and three kids for a four-night stay, and loved the home. The kids loved the private playroom space. Outside deck space was great, and the outdoor stairs to the pool made it easy for everyone to go when they liked. Incredibly friendly staff throughout the development, and fantastic location to downtown Chelan, Slidewaters water park, grocery stores.

The house is just as it appears online. The garage is a fantastic game room. Our teens turned off their devices and spent hours in the game room playing ping pong, darts, air hockey and hanging out. The resort grounds, pool and beach were beautiful. We hope to visit again soon.

The home was well maintained and equipped. We loved the outdoor space for our dog and the game room for our kids. I would recommend an extra sun umbrella that tilts to block the afternoon and evening sun. It was to hot to eat dinner outside without shade.

The finished garage space was perfect for entertaining the kids in downtime.
The desk was a very nice space to hang out, otherwise there isn't much of a communal hang out space. Also, for my family of 4, I think next time we will select a house with 2 bathrooms. Otherwise, there were lots of kitchen amenities, it was clean, comfy beds, and we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the Lookout and our Little Dipper home. The large deck with lake views was our go to spot each evening. The quick walk to the pool or beach made it a perfect spot that was still quiet but easy to get to everything. Our kids LOVED the loft space and the home itself feels like a cottage escape. Can't say enough great things about it! We would definitely recommend this home and the Lookout property. We had an amazing family getaway spending hours playing in the pool, taking the boat on the lake, playing games as a family and just taking in the beauty that is Chelan. We also found some new favorite wine tasting spots! We'll be back!

The Lookout has everything we wanted...private beach, amazing pools, breathtaking views of the lake and the stars and quiet at nighttime. We enjoyed swimming the pools and lake during the day and sitting by the gas fireplace on the deck at night to watch the sunset. One pool was mostly 3 feet so perfect for my 6 year old to swim safely. The house was modern, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We walked to town a couple times for coffee but we loved how the Lookout was away from all the craziness of downtown. This place had it all. We can’t wait to go back.

This was our 2nd stay at Ready or Knot and our first long getaway since the lock-down. We so enjoyed our time at the Lookout and the house was even better than we remembered. The staff of the LO did a great job with adhering to safety protocols as did most of the guests (the staff down at the marina hit and miss in this department). We played pickleball in the morning and rented boats or jet skis in the afternoon, did a little wine tasting a few days and enjoyed our deck each and every evening. It was great and we will look forward to returning in the future.

We spent a fun filled week at Chelan with Ready or Knot as our home base. The home is clean and well-appointed. The garage game room was the perfect escape from the heat when we were done playing in the water. The hillside perch was perfect in the evenings to watch the sunset and enjoy the cool breeze. Highly recommend for families with older children or teens (the ladder going up to the loft isn't good for small kids or older adults).

The property is centrally located - only a few steps from the main park and pool and just around the corner from the lake shuttle.

This house was the perfect size for my husband and I to get away for the weekend. Would be fun with kids as well, as long as they don't mind sharing sleeping and bathroom space. Clean, beautiful views, creative and fun decor. Just missing a coffee grinder in the kitchen and wash cloths in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again just the two of us, or even for a girls or solo retreat. Can't beat the view from the deck and couch! Fun games in garage space and loft too.

We loved our stay at Ready or Knot! The home had everything we needed and more. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking, the downstairs area was full of movies and games, and our pup loved the fenced in yard. Sitting on the deck next to the fire pit with a glass of wine watching the sunset was a the highlight!

The Lookout is in a great location near town and the winery’s on the north shore of the lake. Since it was winter, we did not make use of the communities amenities, but there appears to be plenty, including a heated pool we did see a few people in. The community also has a few dog stations throughout, which were very convenient for taking the pup out.

The unit itself was in great shape, well stocked, and as described. The game room was a great hangout spot and my daughter loved the loft kids room. The check-in and check-out process went entirely as described. The unit is also very quiet. While the community is still under development, the construction noise was not very noticeable while inside with the windows closed.

This house is perfect for a family with school age kids. The game room was a huge hit with the whole family. The view of the lake from the house is perfect while sipping coffee in the morning and wine at night.

We had a great stay at The Little Dipper. Such a darling place with a great location! A queen size bed downstairs would be awesome, as upstairs is hard to access and is where my husband slept, as the downstairs bed is a full size bed.
