The Lookout’s amenities inspire a lifestyle of lakeside living.

Step up onto an entertainer’s wrap-around porch with inviting Adirondack seating and sun loungers, a Weber 4-burner propane grill, and 100 feet of lighting to illuminate your gatherings well into the evening. Just off the deck is the 6-person Sundance spa.

An open-concept Great Room welcomes you with 15-foot vaulted ceilings and a custom tile fireplace. With relaxed seating for 8, unwind around the 65” 4K HDTV with cable and a Sonos wireless sound system, following a day of fun Chelan exploration.

A gourmet chef’s kitchen is fully equipped to accompany family dining, with modern quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a Vitamix blender, and a Bonavita coffee brewer. Take in the sunrise with your morning coffee off the East-facing deck.

All 3 bedrooms feature premium Casper mattresses and pillows, bedside USB charging, and Hotel Collection bedding for a restful night’s sleep in your home away from home.

Main-floor laundry includes a full-size front-loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum. The garage can accommodate 2 cars with parking for 2 more on the driveway.

Not to be overlooked is The Lookout’s resort-like amenities for guests, including a private beach cove, marina with watercraft rentals, pool & hot tub, fire pit, playground, and more.

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.

Great location next to the open grassy area, which was quiet and peaceful.
Also, conveniently located next to town, which was great as we went to restaurants and slide waters each day. It was so nice having a garage to park the car in. The kids each enjoyed having their own private room i
and the primary suite was also very nice. The home was very clean and well stocked with many towels for the house and for the beach as needed.

The house was better than we imagined and it was stocked with everything we needed. My wife has a disability and the staff gladly picked us up in a cart at our house and drove us all the way down to the beach front. The pools were great and my grandson had a fantastic time. The only small, negative was not enough wash cloths.

This is a great house, location wise. Layout is a bit strange. Not a lot of living space. And kitchen was a bit sparse with cooking utensils, etc. But overall it was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Livin Part of Life. My only bad remark about the house was for a three bedroom it didn't have enough bathrooms. There master bath was fine but for a one sink bath to share between the other rooms was a bit tight.

Beautiful property in Chelan that is well maintained, clean and fresh - we really enjoyed it and would recommend it! Loved that all of the living space (great room, bedrooms, kitchen) is on the main floor.

Although we loved it, to help picky travelers, the only things that would make this property better is if it had a more expansive view of the lake (there's a view off the deck through other houses) and neighbors weren't quite so close (very compact neighborhood). We were aware of both elements as the pictures are really accurate.

I could not be more impressed. The process for renting, checking in, and being kept apprised of the activities being held at the Lookout were exceptional. We were so impressed with the home we rented. We loved the location, the views, the front green space for kids to play, and the proximity to the pools. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied with utensils and everything we needed to get our week started. If I had a question, there was always someone available to answer. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Customer service

We loved staying in Sandy Cheeks with our 2-year-old. The house is not necessarily set up for a little kid - we did wish there was a bathtub instead of 2 stand-up showers - but ultimately we all loved the house. It's a great location right off the grassy area and a short walk to playgrounds and pools - very centrally located without being right next to any super noisy spots. The house was very clean and very comfortable - the beds are great, and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay in a great location. Only issue is the garage is located on the downhill side of the property requiring lots of stairs from the garage to the main floor. My wife's 91 year old mother traveled with us and uses a walker. It was extremely difficult to get her up the stairs from the garage. Suggest a comment about he stairs in the property description. Otherwise outstanding and we will be back.

We rented 106 and 107 with family and ultimately had a great time! However, the dishwasher in 107 was broken during our stay. We didn’t receive any notification ahead of time and, given the fact that we were 1. on vacation and 2. in the midst of a pandemic, I didn’t expect to be hand-washing dishes. Obviously not ideal, especially given the cost of the rentals.

The house and community was a perfect retreat for our family of 4. Everyone stayed safely away from each other in the community areas during Covid. My 3 and 5 year old loved all the different water areas and riding bikes at night. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. We plan on coming back next year!

We had a wonderful time with our family at this house! The house is in wonderful condition, and was fully stocked with everything we needed! The porch is a lovely spot to sit in the mornings or evenings, and the hot tub is in a great spot - with enough privacy and still a sliver of a lake view! Both pools are just a short walk away, as is the shuttle down to the lake. We had a small problem with the fridge not working, but the main office refunded us for the spoiled food and promptly delivered a backup fridge in the garage. We had a wonderful time - can't wait to go back!

We had 6 people in the house & it was a perfect fit with everyone sharing the 3 bedrooms. The hot tub was a fun addition. Management called ahead of time to let us know the fridge was broken so there was one in the garage we could use but we ended up having no issues with the main fridge - which was good because it's actually 2 staircases to get down to the garage. Loved sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning & wine at night. The huge dining table comfortably fit us for meals. Played cornhole on the lawn in the evenings!

Our family loved our stay at this home. It was the perfect open layout with the wrap-around porch opening to the large grass area. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable, the kitchen had all the appliances and items to feel at home, and we had plenty of room to lounge. The home is ideally located on the leeward side of the hill blocking the afternoon wind, just a short walk to either pool, with a view of the lake and mountains. We can't wait to return for another visit!

The house was as advertised, clean, fresh and well appointed. We loved the outlook overlooking the common green. Very relaxing sitting on the front porch in the mornings. The larger shared pool was an easy walk through beautifully landscaped walking paths. The Lookout's location close to town meant we were able to do the river walk and enjoy walking to Kave Coffee every morning for delicious pastries on their outdoor patio (love this little spot). We are looking forward to coming back again in the spring.

The rental was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the view of the lake, indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ. A couple of issues: access to the house is difficult, especially in the winter, uphill in the snow as you are only able to access the garage through the inside of the house, the heat pump right next to the master bedroom resulted in sleepless nights, lack of kitchen essentials such as a lipped baking sheet and lidded containers, also basic items would be helpful, like saran wrap and tin foil. In previous stays at the Lookout other houses were well stocked with basic supplies which made life in the kitchen much more convenient. If staying in the winter be aware that that the walk to the hot tub can be very dangerous, there was salt on the porch that we poured on the ice but it was still slippery. FYI the fridge appeared to be new and worked well! Recommend visiting Echo Valley for recreation, the kids had a great time.

The location of this house is great since it is walking distance to downtown, neighborhood offers a lot of amenities. The house itself is super clean, with high quality items all around (kitchenware, Home Audio system, hot tub, etc) and has a great view of the lake. I strongly recommend this listing and would likely stay here again.

My family and I came for a 4 day visit during the winter. The home was very beautiful and had everything we needed. Conveniently close to town with many options for entertainment. There was a lot of snowfall while we were there making access to the home’s hot tub difficult.

The house was great, but the photos are a bit deceiving. From the hot tub you won’t see the lack, but rather the fence or the house that was built across the street. It was one of the deciding factors in choosing this home. Despite this, the hone was wonderful and well equipped. The neighborhood is amazing and we will definitely be back. The advantage of being there is we were able to walk around and get a better idea of where we want to stay the next time.

Excellent rental home- as pictured, well-stocked, comfortable beds, excellent location on the park. Construction is ongoing in this part of the Lookout, but the noise was minimal with the windows closed. Was told the marina/waterfront park/lake access was closed via a text a few hours before our arrival- would recommend this be disclosed to potential renters earlier. That said, we will be back!

This was our fourth house at the lookout and it was perfect. The house worked out great for us and our four children. The lookout just keeps getting better.

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) spent a long, winter weekend in this wonderfully appointed and comfortable home. The home is well laid out with a great use of space. It is also well appointed -- the kitchen has everything, including a KitchenAid stand mixer! This was our second stay at the Lookout, which is centrally located to all that Chelan has to offer, all year round. Hot tub is clean, BBQ is excellent, and the two large televisions are top of the line. Thank you!

The house itself is super clean and has everything you could think of needing. They put so much detail into it... we were impressed! We didn’t expect to have water toys come with the house either so that was a perfect surprise. All of the staff was so helpful and kind, we can’t wait to come back next summer!

The size was perfect for our family of 4. Loved having the grassy area in the front for the kids to run around. Not much of a water view, but we went to the beach a lot and the pool down the street was nice to have access to.

The house was clean and nicely appointed. We were provided with everything we needed.The only downside was that the screen on the back door was off when we arrived, which was not ideal. Everything else was great!
