Welcome to Second Wind (@secondwindchelan), the perfect place to gather with your family and friends to make the most of your Chelan vacation. You won’t find another house with more unique features, including views of the lake and vineyards, a private 16 foot swim spa, a custom 4 player arcade with over 70K games and more. Ideally located just steps away from the Lookout Event Park, the year-round heated Vineyard Pool, the shuttle that takes you to the Lookout’s private beach and Marina, and the new Chelan Trolley stop. If you are looking for a place to catch your “second wind”, this is it!

The space

Second Wind features an open floor plan with 2,900 square feet of living space that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living, including an open wall system on the main level to take advantage of the vineyard and lake views. Additional living spaces include a media/game room, a dedicated office with two desks, 5 king bedrooms – all with luxury Saatva© mattresses and pillows, a custom-built 4 bed bunk room and 4.5 baths. The home can comfortably sleep 14 guests.

We love to cook & entertain – and we designed Second Wind with that in mind. In the kitchen you will find:

• Dedicated wine fridge (main floor) and beverage fridge (downstairs in game room)
• Built-in commercial ice maker
• A pantry full of small appliances
• Coffee and cocktails station
• Full complement of barware, wine, and cocktail glasses

Do you love to grill and BBQ? The main level deck features a Weber Genesis grill with a huge 820 square inch cooking area.

Chelan is beautiful during all four seasons – our outdoor space is designed to help you enjoy cozy Winter evenings & warm Summer fun! Outside you will find:

• 16 foot private swim spa (the only one in The Lookout!) – provides year-round swimming fun!
• Fire pit with seating
• Outdoor dining
• Outdoor sectional couch
• La Cantina opening wall system, to extend the living room and bring the outside in
• Outdoor heaters covering dining and sectional couch area
• Indoor/outdoor fireplace

We love hosting friends and family here and have furnished the home with families in mind. Whether you have a baby, toddler, or kids and teens, we have something for everyone, including:

For toddlers:
• Step stools for washing hands • Kids dinnerware, utensils and cups
• Beach and pool toys

For kids and teens:
• Custom built 4 player arcade with over 70K games (great for adults too!) – includes classic arcade games like TMNT, The Simpsons, XMen, NBA Jam, Golden Tee and many (many) more

• USB plugins for all your devices
• Selection of board games

Second Wind is equipped with modern technology when you need to work, entertain, or wind down to a good movie:

• Modern 4K Frame© TVs in each of the upstairs bedrooms & main living room; 70 inch TV in the game room for movie nights
• Gigabit Fiber Internet with Mesh Wifi from Orbi (extends easily to all areas of house and decks)
• Multiple streaming services (on us!), includes Fubo for live TV and sports, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney,
Apple TV, HBO and more

• Dedicated two desk office space (with closing door for privacy when you need it)
