Upper Level
Bedroom 1 (Master) – Sleeps 2, king bed, en-suite bath with luxury shower and soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 2, queen bed, shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Sleeps 2, queen bed, shared bathroom.
Bedroom 4 – Sleeps 4, extra-long twin bunks, shared bathroom.

Lower Level
Bedroom 5 – Sleeps 2, queen bed, full bathroom.

Here Comes the Sun offers stunning lake views on all three levels. Relax in the expansive hot tub on the ground level, enjoy time with family and friends around the fireplace on the wrap around deck, or indulge in an evening cocktail on the third story balcony, the serenity of the blue water is ever present. Open air living is reality with two opening glass wall systems; the dining area and family room wall systems bring the outdoors in. The side yard offers yet another gathering place with a porch swing and gas fireplace for those cozy evenings.

Here Comes the Sun sleeps 12 with a queen bedroom on the ground level, a bunk room (4 twins), and two bedrooms (queens) and a master suite (king) on the third floor.

A fully stocked gourmet kitchen with KitchenAid appliances, includes a dual zone beverage cooler to store all of your Chelan valley reds and whites during your stay.

Downstairs, a full wetbar lets you prepare that popcorn when it’s movie time on an 82 inch tv. Or if it’s game night, you’ll find an assortment of family games, a PacMan arcade game, and ping pong table ready for action.

Just steps from Lookout Event park, Here Comes the Sun is an ideal location for attending or watching concerts or weddings at the park, or a breathtaking place to set-up for some cornhole (provided). Here Comes the Sun is centrally located at The Lookout, it is just a short walk to the trail to the beach and to both Lookout pools. A stroll down the hill will take you to the Vin Du Lac winery with the town of Chelan less than one mile away.

Note: Parking is allowed on the home’s driveway and gravel area along the alley. The garage is restricted from guest use.

Main Floor
- Open concept living / dining / kitchen with two opening glass wall systems
- 55 inch Smart TV and Sonos sound system
- Farmhouse dining table (seats 8-9 with built-in leaf) and kitchen bar (seats 3)
- KitchenAid stainless steel appliances including a convection microwave, gas range, oven and wine cooler
- Kitchen desk area for use as a workspace or for quick access to a laptop
- Mudroom with storage for shoes, coats

Patio / Outdoor
- Large wraparound porch with 18 x 13 ft gathering arear with indoor/outdoor fireplace, 55 inch Smart TV, Sonos sound system, seating hearth and couches
- KitchenAid gourmet gas grill
- Outdoor eating bar overlooking Lake Chelan
- Side yard includes a porch swing, gas fire pit with seating and Sonos sound system

Ground Floor
-Hot Springs Grandee hot tub with privacy trellis and wine barrel bar top table
-Wetbar featuring microwave, beverage cooler, sink and popcorn bowls
-82 inch TV with Sonos surround sound and sectional couch for family movie nights
-Ping-pong table, PacMan arcade game, Xbox and family games for all ages are provided for game nights
-Guest bedroom (queen) and full bathroom with shower/tub combo

Third Floor
- Bunk room, with 2 sets of twin XL built-in bunks (sleeps 4)
-Laundry room with full size washer/dryer
-Master Bedroom (king) with and en suite bath including free standing soaking tub, luxury shower and double vanity. Bedroom includes a corner desk workspace, monitor and a 43 inch Smart TV
- 2 guest bedrooms (queens), one includes a desk for a quiet workspace, and the other includes a 43 inch Smart TV
- Separate full bath with shower/tub combo and double vanity

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact the Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.

Amazing house, outstanding view for M&M Hydro weekend. Great time with family.just wish we were told about damaged garage door before arrival. A minute of panic!! Love the Lookout and Seabrook!

The home has a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake. We spent most of our house time on the deck. It is obvious the homeowners take great pride in their home. Just two items that would improve any guests stay; the grill is small and has very inconsistent heat across the surface. When entering the kitchen through the door on the deck you experience an electric shock. Overall, we were very happy with the home and would stay again.

The house and view are amazing! The only things I'd mention are: The BBQ is way too small for the amount of people who can stay in this house. Also, was surprising and disappointing to not have access to the garage and finally, I'm pretty sure the pictures showed a table top shuffle board in the basement, which was something we were looking forward to.

This home is filled with many amenities all the family can enjoy together, such as ping-pong, Pacman, Xbox, and family games for all ages. However, we do apologize about the BBQ grill not being to your satisfaction. All homes are individually owned therefore, each owner decides what the guest has access to or not. Apologies for the inconvenience.

The house was very comfortable and fit our group of 11 perfectly. We really enjoyed the covered patio with the tv with the unbeatable view of the lake!

We stayed at The Lookout's Here Comes The Sun unit last month with 8 family members for our son's wedding in Chelan. The location is great, amazing views, the house was beautiful and had lots of room for everyone. The outside space is great, we enjoyed the outside seating area, the fire pit and the hot tub! We would definitely recommend and hope to return again!

The Here Comes the Sun vacation home was amazing! Great view of the lake, ideal location, and so many amenities. The house felt like it was brand new. Do yourself a favor and don't think twice about booking this vacation rental.

The home was beautiful and well stocked for guests. It has amazing views and is a very comfortable stay. We loved the outdoor/indoor spaces and hot tub. Management responded nicely when construction noise got a bit overwhelming at 8am and noise was delayed so we could finish online work/meetings. The property and its amenities were top notch. Can't wait to return next summer! Wish the house allowed small dogs as we missed our Frenchie.

My fiance and I decided to do a joint bachelor/bachelorette party at the house. We comfortably fit 12 of us in the house and had an amazing time. The house is so spacious that we never felt crammed. The hot tub, ping pong table, and outdoor fire pit are a great touch. We would definitely recommend this house for 10 or more people.
